Had a lovely time staying here for a few days. We had a couple of places we had on our bucket list and this was a good base. Didn’t get a chance to see the arch near by by as it was raining.
Only advise would be to have a sign where the holiday homes are as we used the postcode and nav took us to road down the road. Thank you for loaning us your pass for the Beamish Living Museum, had a lovely day even though we got a little wet.
Our second stay at the cottages and hopefully not our last. Everything you need is provided and the cottage is completely spotless. Hilary is a lovely host and made my husband, myself and our dog very welcome.
Lovely place very nicely decorated so quite and peaceful
Lovely and warm on arrival.

could do with some more plates. But just made me wash them quicker.
Was fantastic we got a free pass to beamish. would come back again thanks for having us.
Great little cottage. Has pretty much everything you need provided. Beautiful location. Wonderful owner. Shame about the company we booked with being extremely hard to contact
We had a lovely stay at Gracey’s cottage. The property had everything we needed, lovely walks for our dog and places to eat and drink a short walk away. We met the host when we arrived and she was very welcoming and put our mind at ease regarding our dog, she was lovely and seemed like nothing was a bother.
