It features a spacious kitchen with two tables (one indoors and one outdoors) and a guest bathroom. There’s also a large bedroom with a terrace and an en suite bathroom, as well as another bedroom with a large single bed and an en suite bathroom.
On the upper floor, there is a suite with a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a full bathroom; a bedroom with a double bed and a large terrace; and a bedroom with two single beds that share a full bathroom.

Pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. A gardener comes several times a week to tend to the property.
In accordance with current Spanish regulations (Royal Decree 933/2021 of the Ministry of the Interior), all guests must complete the mandatory traveller registration form before arrival or during the check-in process. Completing this procedure is a mandatory legal requirement to finalise your reservation and gain access to the property.
