About this property

Modern finca with spectacular views over Moraira-Teulada & heated pool

On a plot of 15,000 m2, in the middle of its own almond orchard, a newly built modern finca for 12 people for rent. Located on a hill with a wide view of the sea and mountains, but only 10 minutes drive from the center and sandy beach of Moraira. Also several supermarkets less than 10 minutes away.

The house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor, with access to the garden and swimming pool. The other 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, are located on the first floor. On this floor also a large terrace with sun beds and a view of the sea / mountains. On the ground floor there is also a spacious living room with a large dining table, a comfortable TV corner and an open kitchen with all kitchen appliances and a bar / island. The adjacent, partly covered, terrace with outdoor kitchen and built-in bbq is a nice place to eat for 12 people with a beautiful sunset. Spacious terraces around the swimming pool (11 x 5) offer plenty of opportunities for sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful view.

The large garden offers every opportunity to play or find a quiet corner. A large garage for bicycles, golf equipment, etc. Table tennis and Petanque court available.

The electricity costs are exclusive and will be settled afterwards according to consumption and deducted from the deposit.

Damage and repair of the household effects or the house will also be settled with the deposit afterwards or charged if the deposit is not sufficient.

The deposit is € 2000,- per week.

This house is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday with family and/or friends and an ideal base for beautiful walks and bike rides through the beautiful mountain landscapes, a round of golf on one of the beautiful golf courses in the immediate vicinity or "just" for a day at the sea / beach in one of the nice bays of Moraira. A visit to the nice cities of Alicante and Valencia for 1 day is also highly recommended.

Traumhaus mit Meerblick

Wir waren mit 2 Familien für 10 Tage in Patricias wunderschönem Landhaus. Es ist in Alleinlage auf einem Hügel gelegen, man kann vom Erdgeschoss aus in einer Richtung und vom ersten Geschoss aus sogar in zwei Richtungen das Meer sehen. Mit dem Auto braucht man allerdings eine gute viertel Stunde bis zum Meer. Das Haus ist von einem sehr großen Grundstück umgeben (unter anderem mit Mandelbäumen, Palmen und Olivenbäumen bepflanzt) und vollständig umzäunt. Wir waren schon in sehr vielen Ferienhäusern, aber dies war das schönste Ferienhaus, in dem wir jemals waren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass es fünf nahezu gleichwertige Doppelzimmer, jeweils mit direkt angeschlossenem Bad und Toilette (häufig Toilette auch getrennt) gibt, im sechsten, sehr kleinen Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelstock-Bett und ein extra Kinderbett. Patricia und ihre Familie verbringen auch selbst sehr viel Zeit in den Ferienhaus, was man daran merkt, dass zum Beispiel die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet ist und es sage und schreibe insgesamt drei große Kühlschränke gibt (einer steht direkt in der Küche, zwei weitere im Untergeschoss). Das Haus ist in ganz vielen Details außerordentlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Patricia und ihr Mann sind offensichtlich Designliebhaber, uns hat ihr Stil außerordentlich gut gefallen. Das Haus ist so groß und weitläufig, dass man sich auch zu vielen Leuten mal voneinander zurückziehen kann (gilt auch für die Außenbereiche).

Espectacular Villa

Estuvimos una semana de vacaciones en familia en esta maravillosa y espaciosa villa. La casa es aun mejor que en las fotos del anuncio, tiene todo tipo de detalles y comodidades. El trato con Patricia fue excelente en todo momento. La ubicación y las vistas de 360º la complementan para hacerla única en la zona, además de proporcionarnos la tranquilidad que buscábamos. Nos encantaría repetir la experiencia.
