About this property

Accommodation located in a natural environment of great beauty, enjoy the tranquility of Es Capdellà's village and the amazing views to the mountains, very close to Puig del Galatzo.
You will love the property and specially its outdoor's areas. The house is more than 200 years old, the ideal property for couples, families with children and cyclists.
It has got a fenced pool surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, chill out area, barbecue, outdoor dining table, sun loungers and a bathroom with shower.
Space
The house, completely renovated and equipped with vintage furniture, is a very charming place.
On the ground floor: one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen and living room with a large wooden table. Access from the corridor to a mezzanine with an extra single bed.
First floor: 2 additional double bedrooms , one with AC and the other equipped with a fan.
It also has a garage for 2 cars. The access road to the property is narrow, therefore it is recommended to park large cars in the public parking lot near the property.
Outdoor facilities:
Private Mediterranean garden with a fenced pool, chill out area, barbecue, dining table, 6 sun loungers. Bathroom with shower.
The location of the finca is ideal for cycling and hikers.
Galatzo's natural park is very close by: a 3.5km trail of waymarked paths leads you through Mallorca's mountain scenery. Peguera beach is less than 10 minutes away driving.
The house has capacity for 7 people.
City tax: €2/person/over 16 years from May 1 to October 31. €0.50/person/over 16 years from November 1 to April 30.

Fun times, tiempo divertido!

La casa es hermosa, grande, muy cómoda mejor de lo que sale en las fotos. Si vas por primera vez a Mallorca renta un carro pequeño y eso te ayudará para parquear el carro en esta casa. Disfrutamos mucho la piscina, el asadero, y la comunicación fue excelente. Muy agradecidos! The house is beautiful, large, very comfortable, better than it appears in the photos. If you are going to Mallorca for the first time, rent a small car and that will help you to park the car inside this house. We really enjoyed the pool, the barbecue, and the communication was excellent. Thank you very much!
