With access to forest green, beautiful walking paths and enjoy nature, very quiet. The house has 180m2 plus terraces on a plot of 1000m2. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite). 60m2 room with terrace and beautiful views of the forest. equipped kitchen, dishwasher. Large dining room with terrace. Utility room with washing machine. TV. Air conditioner. WIFI. DVD player with extensive movie collection. Ping pong table... Ideal for families

A few minutes away is the "Jungle Park", where children and adults can enjoy a day of true adventure.

If you want entertainment and fun, the center of Santa Ponsa offers countless restaurants, cafes and nightclubs.

If you love golf, Santa Ponsa offers two 18-hole courses and one 9.

Nice house

It's a nice house if you prefer a very quiet neighborhood. If you're not only going to stay at home, you better need a (rental) car because beaches, shops and cafes/restaurants are pretty far away. The house is very well equipped, you have everything for your stay. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property in quiet neighborhood

The house is very well equipped, the backyard is calm and peaceful. All rooms have air condition. You do need a car to get in town or take the bus. Parking was always available in front of the house. Maria is a very kind and responsive host

Wir haben uns in dem geräumigen und ruhig gelegene Haus super erholt. Es befinden sich mehrere Terrassen am Haus, So dass man trotz des Baumbewuches einen sonnigen Ort findet. Kleine Kritik: die Terrassenmöbel sind ins Alter gekommen und sollten bei Gelegenheit erneuert werden. LG Familie B.

Ein toller Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Liebe María, wir haben uns in Deinem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Du hast an alles gedacht, daß Babybett und auch der Hochstuhl für unsere kleine Emma - waren nicht selbstverständlich. Durch unsere späte Anreise, hast Du uns sogar mit Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen versorgt. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Es war eine schöne Zeit und wir kommen sicherlich bald wieder. Fantástico

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos. La acogida fue fenomenal: la casa estaba impecable, con todos los cuidados y detalles en esta época de "pandemia" que estamos viviendo. Tenemos toda la ilusión de poder volver. La ubicación es fenomenal y los alrededores son preciosos. La zona es muy tranquila.

Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft

+ sehr nette Vermieter + sehr gute Kommunikation +sehr schönes Haus +sehr schöne und ruhige Lage + gute Ausstattung + sehr sauber - leider keine Kaffeemaschine da - es müssten hier und da Reparaturen vorgenommen werden -> alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen und wir würden wieder dort buchen

Ein Ort der Ruhe

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wunderschön und gemütliche. Keine 5 Sterne weil das Haus keine Duschen hat. Das Duschen in den grossen Badewannen ist umständlich. Ich würde das Haus aber trotzdem jederzeit wieder mieten.

RUNDUM KLASSE und sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Ein gepflegtes Objekt, dass uns gleich beim Eintreten begeistert hat! Der herzliche Empfang - und das, obwohl wir sehr spät angekommen sind - hat uns sofort "wie zu Hause" fühlen lassen. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet! Wir bekamen tolle Tipps und haben uns in der ruhigen Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen, vielen Dank auch an dieser Stelle an Frau Borras!!! Für uns war es perfekt!

Wonderful house close to the beach and mountains

This charming house is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood close to the beach in Santa Ponsa and 30 minutes from Palma .The owner Maria was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay, which we loved. Would very much recommend, thank you for a lovely holiday!

Christian and his family have been fantastic guests. We have had a fluid and close communication. They already knew Majorca so they have adapted immediately to the environment and to the house. They have looked after the property in an exquisite way. They are a very happy and friendly family

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Gelegen in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohnlage erfüllt dieses mediterrane Haus alle Voraussetzungen für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Eine großzügige Zimmeraufteilung und jede Menge Platz auch für sechs Personen (wir waren nur zu viert). Die in der Anzeige gezeigten Bilder spiegeln das Haus genau wieder. Der Stadtkern mit diversen Geschäften, Restaurants und Hauptbadestrand sind ca. 2 - 3 km entfernt und gut erreichbar. Maria, der Vermieterin, die uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, ein großes Dankeschön für die vielen Tipps und Ihre unkomplizierte, verbindliche Art ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nice house for holiday!

With our family we stayed in this lovely big house with nice garden in a quiet neighbourhood. The owners are friendly and can inform you about all you want to know. Beaches within 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes bij car. Within 25 minutes drive we found more iconic beaches! The real Mallorcan life is just 10 minutes drive from the coast to Andratx or other villages. Palma is just 30 minutes drive away. Tip: rent a bike at Tramunt. We loved our stay!
