The listing wasn't in Barcelona, ambiguous!

I searched Barcelona Spain, instead this listing was actually in Begues. Google maps will not give you details unless you are in the actual vicinity of Barcelona. Even then, Google brought me to Carrer de la Industria 19 in Barcelona, instead of Begues. The rental property management company were clueless. The told me the only way to get there is via a car. I rented two nights in Barcelona, and then took time to actually get to this place by public transportation just fine, which the management team could not do. "Sorry to hear" is all I got when I was homeless in Barcelona. I speak no Spanish and I was still able to trek out to Begues to find this place by myself via public transportation. The bus 902 is right outside the Dia market which is visible from the green steel building. Day 1 getting there, I took the R2 and taxi. Day 2, Bus 902 and then the R2 express to Sants station. Day 3, Bus 902 to Espanya to bus 99 straight to the Airport. If you can't navigate your own city, then don't rent under "non-refundable" terms. The minute I was told "I'm sorry I don't know what to say" I knew I wasn't going to let this go, unless I found out the truth and I did! They are liars about the lack of transit to the place.
