Ideal for groups of 10 to 12 people, this property features an overflowing saltwater pool and a spacious garden, offering the perfect setting for unforgettable holidays.

•Living-Dining Room: Spacious and bright, with direct access to a cosy porch and pool area.

•Living Room: Equipped with TV and sofa bed, perfect for 2 people.

•Kitchen: Exquisitely equipped, with exit to the rear that includes table, outdoor chairs and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.

•Full Bathroom: With shower.



First Floor:

•4 Bedrooms: Two with double beds and spectacular sea views, and two with single beds and views of the garden and mountain. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower.



Basement Floor:

•Covered Garage: With capacity for 4 vehicles, laundry area and built-in wardrobes.

•Additional Bedroom: With sofa bed, bathroom with shower and access to an English basement, ideal for children or service staff.

•Lift: Access to all floors of the villa.



Roof terrace:

•With stunning views of the sea and the mountains, perfect for ending the day.

Great villa by the sea !

Beautiful design villa with sea view and walking distance from the sea. Manager was always available for any queries. Very peaceful and relaxing stay.
