Discover Villa Apolonia: An Andalusian Paradise on the Germans' Beach.



Villa Apolonia, an architectural gem with only 15 years of history, is located in the exclusive Germans' Beach. Situated on a plot of 2,500 m², this villa blends the charm of Andalusian design with modern amenities, offering a completely functional and practical space.



Upon arrival, you will be received by a charming Andalusian courtyard with semicircular arches and majestic columns. In the centre, an impressive fountain provides serenity to the atmosphere, while the courtyard distributes the rooms of the villa. From one of the accesses on the main floor, you enter a spacious hall that leads to a large dining room, characterised by its wide windows and an imposing fireplace. The dining room connects directly to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry room and pantry. On this floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a toilet under the stairs.



The upper floor, accessible from the main hall, houses two bedrooms. One has two single beds and the other a double bed, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to private terraces.



An independent apartment, accessible from the courtyard, offers two additional bedrooms. The first has a double bed, a cosy living room with access to the garden and a shower bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and another bathroom.



The exterior of Villa Apolonia is an oasis of tranquillity, with an exquisitely maintained garden that combines native and tropical vegetation, and a pool that invites relaxation. Garden furniture is available to enjoy the magnificent sunsets with views of the African coast and the Strait of Gibraltar.

What an amazing stay at Apolonia Villa! The villa was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. The view, pool and rental team went above and beyond to give us the perfect stay. We will definitely look to return.

Todo genial en la casa, limpio, bonito, práctico. Buenas ubicación. Lastima que el tiempo no acompaño del todo pero eso no se puede gestionar.
