Spectacular views

Beautiful room although we expected few amenities (kitchenette, coffee maker ,tub) that were not there, remodel from the time the pictures were taken was the explanation. Spectacular views, great staff, clean, overall wonderful place!

Greatness

It was better than expected. Location was perfect. Lots of fun things to do , restaurants, bars etc. Close to markets and Fira. Manager took good care of us . Highly recomend.

Beautiful view. Office staff relatively attentive. Some mold on ceiling, in bathroom and some curtains. Quite a hike up and down, uneven, cobbled, walkways, and alleys to get from the check-in office over to the Caldera side where the unit was located making luggage movement very very difficult. Did not have many of the attributes listed Such as kitchen appliances having only a coffee maker and small refrigerator. Two different pool options, one two floors above the unit and one on the other side of the mountain so to speak by the office, either easily accessed, but both very nice and not much time to use them anyway Overall, the location is absolutely amazing, the views are beyond spectacular and the unit itself was very comfortable and accommodating, despite the not having the kitchen as advertised which really wasn’t a necessity. The coffee maker and refrigerator were fine. Some little inconsistencies but, at worst, that’s all they were. Our trip was amazing even if we did get a bit more exercise than we planned due to the location, but I think that’s the cost of the amazing views

These routes can occasionally feel like a small workout, but, as you beautifully noted, they are also the doorway to those world-class caldera views. While the suite category does include a coffee maker and refrigerator rather than a full kitchen, we understand how this may have felt different from what was anticipated, and we will ensure the listing remains clear and accurate. The note about the ceiling and curtains has been passed to the local team so they can address this promptly. It is wonderful to hear that the pools, the support from the office team and the overall quality of the accommodation added positively to your visit. Your perspective helps us continue refining the experience for future guests.
