The open space kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and additional wine fridge. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Outdoor area consists of large swimming pool 8 x 5 m surrounded with sun loungers and parasol, roofed kitchen(dishwasher, sink) with BBQ, skewer and dining table, parking, children´s playground and table tennis.
