Villa Romani by Escape Home

Mediterranean-style and located in Torre Solí, Villa Romani invites you to enjoy fabulous views of Son Bou beach.



The villa is distributed over two floors and can be accessed via a ramp or stairs.



On the main floor there is the living-dining area, equipped with Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, with direct access to the fully equipped kitchen, which also includes a capsule coffee machine. This floor also features a guest toilet with WC and washbasin. From the living room, there is access to a large and pleasant covered outdoor terrace, with a built-in barbecue, offering magnificent sea views.



On the lower floor are the three double bedrooms, all with direct access to the terrace and sea views. One bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The other two bedrooms have single beds and air conditioning. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine.



The lower terrace features a large swimming pool with sun loungers, from which you can enjoy privileged sea views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
