The Briarwood community has 24/7 security gate. Club house with 2 pools, tennis and pickle board , basketball court and playground. Our private pool ( solar heated and pool heater) overlooks lake. On cul de sac, so tranquil setting. Parking in driveway for up to 2 cars.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. There is a POA fee and application process and once we got through that we were good to go.
