Villa Flavia has fibre optic WiFi throughout the house, air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, and a spacious layout to ensure maximum well-being.

On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, spacious wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with shower, bidet and washbasin and 1 additional toilet.

Fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, American coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and complete kitchenware and a dining room with spectacular sea views and direct access to the terrace and pool.

On the ground floor there is a large games room with billiards, Air-Hockey, Pac-Man and other digital games, as well as a Smart TV with international channels; and 3 additional rooms:

One with desk, screen and keyboard, ideal for teleworking.

Another with a queen-size bed, wardrobe and access to a private terrace.

A last room with four single beds, perfect for children. And finally 1 complete bathroom with shower, bathtub, double washbasin, WC and bidet.
