Apartment was nice but not safe and shouldn’t of been listed to rent
So, where do I begin…. I can’t lie, the apartment itself is amazing, perfect place for 3 people..
However… from the start I was met with constant issues
1. After the first night we all woke up and were covered from head to toe in white dots. We couldn’t for the life of us work out what it was. It looked like dried paint from when you paint a ceiling and it drops onto you. It was everywhere, all over my TVs etc. I told hostica about this and got no assistance at all and was just told it will be from the construction site next door.. no offer to provide better cleaning equipment, I’d stripped the bedding and found piles of the stuff on the mattress so it must of been there for some time - spent a fortune on cleaning products washin all the clothes etc
2. The electrics.. so, everytime I cooked all the electrics would blow in the apartment, this went on for 2.5months of my 3 month stay. I was informed time and time again that it’s because I have too many appliances on at once, which the only appliance plugged in was the oven. They sent the repair guy numerous times to change the fuses, which wasn’t the issue and the next day were back to no electricity. I threw away so much food and had to keep buying takeaways for 3 people. This got considerably worse when winter came as when they would blow it would be pitch Black. Eventually a new oven and hob were installed but I’d already gone nearly my full stay with this issue
I want a refund but I’m getting no where
