very nice apartment of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with large terraces with sea view 180 °.
Very well equipped with airco in the master bedroom. Dishwasher, parking. TV with all French, Belgian, TV vlaandere TV channels, german TV, english channels and video club fr + ang, clothes dryer and dryer in the laundry room

Grundsätzlich schöne Wohnung nur leider abgewohnt und nur oberflächlich Sauber

Die Lage war eigentlich gut mit tollem Meerblick, aber um das Haus waren wir unbebaute Flächen die eher Müllflächen sind. Leider sind die Möbel, besonders das speckige Sofa und die Betten unappetitlich und die Schlafdecke unter der Bettwäsche in einem Zimmer war voller Flecken (wahrscheinlich Urinflecken) und die anderen haben wir nicht mehr angesehen. Die Silikonabdichtungen in der Dusche waren teilweise Schimmelschwarz und die Duschabtrennungen ebenso sehr unschön. Also bitte einmal einige Dinge neu machen und dann erst wieder vermieten.

Superbe appartement

Venus à 3 amis pour jouer au golf nous avons apprécié la situation (près de 4 golfs) et surtout le confort de l’appartement (exceptionnel).

Very good stay

Nice appartement with nice view and amazing space ! The terrace is great too. May be some furnitures should be replaced (dishwasher rusty, washing machine super noisy) and some ecological lights vs 60 watts lights in some rooms. Otherwise positive feedback overall.

Estupendo para familias y muy equipado

Buenas vistas, zona perfecta al lado del mar y del paseo y tranquilo. Supermercado, panadería, farmacia y bares cerca. Terraza estupenda y recomendado también para mascotas. La piscina muy limpia y bien cuidada.

Great location. A wee bit dated

Terrific location, and the few times we had a question, property manager was super fast in responding. We enjoyed out stay, a lot. Some of the furniture could use a refresh, but that's not a deal breaker. If you want to be in quiet Palm Mar, this is a good spot.
