It is located on the second floor of the Alterra Vita Apartments building and is accessible only by stairs (no elevator). Once you enter the flat there is an interior yellow staircase that goes upstairs to a small low sloped ceiling attic with 2 single beds. Ideal for families with kids older than 7 years old cause for younger kids the staircase could be dangerous.

The master bedroom is on the first floor of the flat and it includes a queen size bed (160cm x 200cm) and a wardrobe. The flat, also, offers a very cozy living room and a nice balcony where you can enjoy the sunset, and therefore is ideal for relaxing holidays in Halkidiki. The bathroom is fully renovated with a monsoon shower and essential bathroom amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking basics. There is a washing machine for common use just one floor above the apartment at a utility room at the terrace. You can use that any time during your holidays.

A/C: There are 2 A/Cs at this flat, one in the main bedroom downstairs and a 2nd A/C at the staircase, on the way up to the attic that covers the attic and the living room.
