House lagonisi, Sithonia

House is situated in a wonderful peninsula named Lagonisi in Sithonia. The place is Mediterranean, with olive trees pine trees and clear waters. There is the main sandy beach (Lagonisi beach), and some smaller beaches, almost deserted. From the house you can see the sea and olive groves. In less than 150 meters walk away, along a path, you reach the sea. In 10 or 15 minutes by car you can reach other wonderful sandy busier beaches.

The house is composed with 2 one room studios, 35 m2 each with a double bed a single bed and a sofa bed. Each studio has a small kitchen and bathroom. A large shaded balcony/terrace joins the two studio flats. Outside with shaded area, there are 2 showers, 1 barbecue and large outdoor spaces with olive trees. There is plenty parking, TV, air condition and free internet connection. Marina distance from house 200 meters. In 1.5 km there is Ormos Panagias settlement with super market, restaurants and ferry for daily cruises to Mount Athos. Also someone can hire a boat for cruise around the beautiful 9 small islands. The furniture and the house are essential. Shops /restaurant in 10 minutes drive.
