On request it is possible to use the essential garage for those who will come to us with their own means.
To reach the building without means, we point out the presence of a climb.
The neighborhood is residential and quiet, surrounded by greenery and quiet.
We are close to a park and a 9-minute walk from the first bathing establishments.
The railway station is also easily reachable by public transport or in 20 minutes on foot.
Not far from the house there are essential commercial activities (fruit and vegetables, newsagent bar, pizzeria, food shop).
