Stylish appartement with all you need

Great appartement in the grey white colours you find at Ligurian churches. The pictures and decorations all had a sea topic and all fitted well together. The flat has curtains against insects and air conditioning and Wifi. The kitchen has washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machines and all equipment you might need. The sleeping room is comfortable, the child sleeps in the living room on the sofa which you can turn into a bed. There are two balconies, where you can have breakfast on, and to dry your clothes. The house is nice and safe. It lies on a hill. There's an lift in the house and a lift on the street at the steep hill. Parking is possible free of charge on a public parking nearby, if you are a bit lucky. Train station is 700 m away, old town 800 m, beach 1000 m. Public swimming pool 3 km. Bakery, fruit shop and small supermarket in 300 m, big supermarket in 700 m. It's a great appartement, Claudia was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Séjour très agréable avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Résidence calme et soignée. Appartement spacieux et confortable. Décoré avec goût. La proximité de la gare et du port est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons 👍👍

A sorprenderci, invece, sono state la gentilezza e la disponibilità della padrona di casa, che ha fatto veramente di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno speciale. Grazie di cuore Claudia!

Comfortable apartment in a quiet area

Located in the residential area on a hillside. About a 15 minute walk to the center of Rapallo. Near the Funivia, cable car- a very pleasant attraction, not to miss in Rapallo. Clean and nicely furnished apartment with two balconies with a view of the hillside. Sofa bed is a bit too small for 2, but otherwise there are plenty of space for 4 people. Kitchen is very nice as well although we missed a bit of equipment like wineglass, electric kettle and a toaster. According to the description on VRBO there is a parking near the apartment. But it’s not correct, not at all. There are private parking only for the residents. A very very few places you can park are permanently occupied . A paid parking is quite away from the apartment. The owner is friendly and responsive. She gave us some useful recommendations about beaches and restaurants. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will recommend the apartment. Apart from the parking issue.
