Our beautifully decorated, 4-bedroom home with a pool is located in Marco Island, one of the most desirable and easily accessible neighborhoods. The location is incredible, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and steps away from Marco Island's best restaurants and shops: Fin Bistro, Marco Prime, Oyster Society, DaVincis, La Tavola, BeeBe's Ice Cream Shop, Marco Movie Theatre, and much more.
The home itself is a contemporary work of art; the interior features 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a poolside powder room. It's designed to suit the Florida lifestyle, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. From spacious bedrooms and two large master bathrooms to a modern kitchen with all the amenities you expect, you'll never want to leave! The interior flows perfectly into the outdoor space. The pool is heated year-round, and the covered outdoor kitchen includes a grill, a two-burner gas stove, a refrigerator, a sink, and a 75” TV for enjoying your favorite shows or listening to music on the spacious ground-floor terrace, which offers ample space for dining and relaxing. The other terrace is upstairs, overlooking the two master bedrooms, and offers spectacular sunset and sunrise views.

This property is perfect! You won't want for anything. Great location close to restaurant's, activities and beach. The canal views are wonderful especially at night. We travel a lot and have never stayed at a place as well stocked as they were. Communication was great. I highly recommended this property.

The house was Fantastic! Plenty of room for our family and comfortable. Great location walkable to the beach as well as restaurants. Very clean and modern. Our host provided excellent communication and everything went very smoothly. We had a great time at this property!!

Great outdoor living spaces - pool table, card table with games, bikes, large pool, plenty of seating around pool & on balcony & dock, second refrigerator and outdoor kitchen on pool level.. Easy and short walk to the beach on Winterberry. Owner was VERY responsive to any questions and requests. Nice view up the canal which was quiet and serene. Home was decorate with a personal touch with quality furniture/decor. Induction cooktop was a real game changer! Thank you for a lovely two week stay.

Perfect vacation!

This home is in the PERFECT location on the island. Walking distance to almost everything! Fast 5 min walk to the beach! The home was perfect for our family. The main living area is open and wonderful for keeping everyone engaged in all the fun. The pool offered both sun and shade throughout the day. The dock is great for tieing your rental boat up to, plus it’s a quick 10 min max trip through the canals to big water! We will definitely be back!!! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!
