About this property

The apartment is very tastefully equipped and although there is no pool or balcony it more than makes up for this inside.

Air conditioning/heating is available in the lounge / dining and main bedroom and is provided free of charge. There is under floor heating in both bathrooms. Marble floors.

The fully equipped kitchen includes oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Large flat screen UKTV with full SKY TV package, Sports & Movies, Free WiFi, radio with iPod dock.

The apartment is on the first floor and does have a lift, 2 bedrooms, one double & one twin but the twin bedroom is smaller & not suitable for 2 adults, OK for 2 children.

Electric, laundry & linen is included (use your own towels for beach).

All local amenities are a very close walking distance to the village shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, banks, doctors, chemist, local Wednesday & Saturday market, buses & taxi rank.

La Cala beach and the Mijas Costa coastal walkway are only 150 metres away.

This apartment is suitable for the infirm or elderly but unfortunately cannot accommodate mobility scooters.
