About this property

Beachfront condo on the 9th floor with amazing ocean & pool views!

Unit 908 features a breathtaking ninth floor view of the Gulf of Mexico as well as a view of the pool and hot tub. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from your living room or beach side balcony, and then enjoy a South Padre Island sunset from your private bay side balcony equipped with an outdoor electric grill.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Unit 908 can sleep up to eight guests:

Master bedroom - 1 king bed
Bedroom #2 - 2 queen beds
Bedroom #3 - 2 twin beds

The master bedroom boasts spectacular ocean views. A private master bathroom features double sinks, a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a spacious closet. The living room and all three bedrooms have Roku TVs so that you can access your own Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, or any other accounts you wish to view. If needed, two pack and plays are available in the bedroom closet.

An open living room / kitchen floor plan allows you to enjoy the views of the ocean and pool while relaxing or making meals in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The unit is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. WiFi is provided.

Amenities at Sapphire include a 100 yard swimming pool, hot tub, full service day spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, 24 seat movie theater, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and pinball. The walk to the beach from the condo is an easy, short walk along a boardwalk.

Cabanas by the pool at Sapphire are available to rent for a fee. A set up of two chairs + 1 umbrella is also available to rent at the beach for a fee. Parking is available in the parking garage or in the uncovered spots in front of Sapphire.

From the bayside balcony, Space X is visible in the distance.

*Per Sapphire policy, the maximum number of guests in a three bedroom unit is 8 people, including infants and children. Wristbands are strictly enforced.

*Per Sapphire policy, rentals are restricted during Spring Break and Holy Week to ensure that Sapphire remains a family-friendly environment for all guests. The primary guest during Spring Break and Holy Week must be at least 30 years old, and Sapphire will only allow an immediate family to stay in the condo (grandparents, parents, children). Please inquire if looking to rent during Spring Break or Holy Week, and I will provide more information.

Family fun!

Stayed with kids and grandkids for Easter weekend and the condo was as pictured and had plenty of room for all 8 of us. Kitchen was well appointed and balcony views were stunning. Pool area is huge and includes a really big hot tub as well. There was even a grill area off a balcony in the hallway on our floor we used to grill steaks one night! Five stars :)

Amazing!

We had an absolute blast this vacation! The condo had everything we needed and way more than expected. It was clean and tidy- and my 17 month old had very little to ‘get into’ during down time- it was great! The balcony view was amazing and relaxing! The pool was fantastic- we rented out the movie theater & my daughter loved that too. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of stay!

Great stay

Had a great stay! Last minute memorial weekend trip. Place was better than described and ample room for our family of 5. Awesome view just like in the pics. Quiet enough. Loved the fact you could walk literally next door to Margaritaville resort to grab a snack/meal. Check in super smooth. Best part of the entire experience was Jaclyn. Hands down the most responsive, kind and helpful host I have every had on VRBO.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was never crowded and the beach was perfect. The unit had everything we needed and the beds and couches were comfortable. The balcony door was a little hard to open...not a problem for the adults, but the kids were not able to pull it open by themselves. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Great condo for a girls getaway

Sapphire condo 908 is a beautiful and very clean unit that is tastefully decorated. The unit has a prime view of the gorgeous pool and ocean. The unit is very spacious and has a large master bathroom. The bed configurations are perfect for families, couples, or a group of women. The Sapphire complex is well maintained with modern decor and nice amenities. Jaclyn was very helpful and accommodated our late check out request, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Magnificent Place to Enjoy

What a great property with absolutely fantastic views of the beach and bayside. The unit had everything that you would need for a stay with friends or family. *** The Sapphire has the best amenities of any other on South Padre, and the best security for a pleasant stay without worrying about non-guests interfering with your time and space. I will definitely hope to be able to be back and spend some more time at this place. *** 5 Stars all the way!!! ***

Awesome please to stay

The condo we stayed in was so clean and fresh from the second we walked in. It had everything we could possibly need/want to make our stay comfortable and easy. The views were fabulous and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. We were a small walk from the beach which was beautiful as well. Jaclyn gave us a list of all their favorites, we tried out some of those on her list and it was all great! Everything was right on the island that we would have needed. Jaclyn was so nice to communicate with, she answered all my questions very promptly and was so pleasant. I will definitely book this place again. We had a great time!

The facility was great, has a lot of amenities. The condo was close to beach, which is great. The pool area is great and has access to restroom in pool area and shower area also. The condo was great, has plenty of room for my family of 5. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall excellent stay

A series of unfortunate events this week could have ruined our 5 night stay, but did not. We had a door lock that needed fixed, a water main break from construction crews that left us several hours without water, and the pristine pool went inexplicably green and cloudy for one day. However, Sapphire 908 was a gorgeous, well appointed, and comfortable unit for our family of 8. The views were spectacular! The beach was beautiful and easy to access, and there were many great restaurants nearby. Jaclyn, our host, was a gem, communicating with us before our stay and promptly responding when we had problems. Would not hesitate to return!

Awesome location

Wonderful stay. This unit has fantastic views for a SpaceX launch! Both balconies can see the launch pad. Very comfortable unit with lovely beach views, plenty of space, and comfortable beds. I texted a few times with the host and she was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Great place to relax!!

We stayed there and celebrated our Christmas as a family. Getaway. The property is very nice and clean outside. There are no portable speakers allowed by the pool. Area, but the property next door the jimmy buffett blairs music all day that you can hear but but can't really understand. It was very annoying, trying to relax by the fool and visit with that going on all day long. The pool wasn't heated and was very cool so was not really able to swim in it but loocked beautiful. We would probably stay here again as a family as its location is on t the south end of the island and fairly well, located with good access to almost everything. Beware and the off-season that not everything is set up around the pool as it would be in neon season. A lot of the daybeds were tucked away on one end and unusable, and not a lot of services offered on the ocean.beautiful.

Great Location!

Great location and amenities! Very large pool as you can see in the pics. Hot tub was large enough for multiple people. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates, bowls and etc. Their was 7 of us for the perfect stay at the beach! View was great! Would recommend this place.

My husband and I both grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and were able to enjoy many of the things that South Padre Island has to offer. We're now living in Central Texas, but South Padre Island will always claim a special place in our hearts. Some of our favorite memories include boogie boarding, building sandcastles, searching for shells, digging for clams, feeding the sea gulls, going for walks on the beach, and hunting for crabs at night. We would love for you to make some of those same memories while staying in Unit 908 at Sapphire!
