Casa Marinha 3 is a charming holiday home situated in a small, beautifully maintained complex with a landscaped communal garden and inviting swimming pool. The apartment will be fully modernized during the winter of 2025/2026, resulting in a fresh and contemporary interior designed for comfort. Its peaceful setting, huge shared pool, enclosed terrace with ocean view and proximity to the spectacular Praia da Marinha make it an excellent choice for families and anyone seeking a relaxing stay close to the coast.
The space
The property offers three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature a double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.
The apartment includes two modern bathrooms: one spacious family bathroom equipped with walk-in shower and double sinks, and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The bright living room is furnished with comfortable seating and has direct access to the terrace.
The dining area adjoins the living space and provides ample room for shared meals. The fully equipped new kitchen offers everything needed for a convenient stay, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Outside
Guests can enjoy an enclosed private terrace with outdoor dining space and a BBQ, overlooking the garden and offering easy access to the shared pool area, which includes a children’s pool and outdoor shower. Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment, high-speed Wi-Fi is provided, and gated parking is available behind the property. A cot and high chair are included on request.
