This newly constructed apartment is located in a quiet area overlooking the stunning Praia do Marinha beach, which is less than a five minute walk away. Carvoeiro and Benagil are a short drive making this an ideal location.
The property has one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with walk in shower, WC and sink. There is a second twin bedroom which has the use of a full bathroom. Both bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes and have small balconettes. The living area is modern and light in decoration and has patio doors leading to a terrace with stunning uninterrupted views to the sea, swimming pool and countryside. The kitchen/dining area is modern and fully fitted and has a door to a laundry area with washing machine and drying space. Externally there are stairs leading to a private roof terrace which is extermely spacious and has a BBQ and outdoor seating area. There is ample space for sunbathing also. Surrounding the apartment are fabulous sculptured gardens and a large communal swimming pool which also has a small children's pool.
