This 25 m² one-bedroom apartment at 28–30 Boulevard Vallombrosa accommodates up to four guests in total, including children. It is on the second floor without a lift and provides a convenient base near Le Suquet and the beaches of Cannes.



The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm). The living room has a sofa bed (140 × 190 cm), suitable for two adults, and an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. The shower room has a shower and toilet in the same room; there is no bathtub.



A portable air-conditioning unit and electric heating are provided. The living room has a 48-inch television with channels and apps via an Orange decoder, and Orange fibre internet/Wi-Fi at 1 Gbit/s.



The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is no dishwasher or ice maker. A washing machine and drying rack are available; there is no tumble dryer.



There is no private balcony, terrace or parking space. Free street parking is available in the surrounding area. The closest paid public car park is Parking Vallombrosa, approximately 300 metres away.



Self check-in with a smart lock. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift. Guests have exclusive use of the apartment; there is no private balcony or terrace.



Approximate walking times at a brisk pace: Le Suquet 5 minutes, Marché Forville 6 minutes, Plages du Midi 7 minutes, Vieux Port 10 minutes, Palais des Festivals 12 minutes, La Croisette and Cannes railway station 11 minutes.

One cot, one high chair and one baby bath are stored on site under the bedroom bed. Cot mattress and cot linen are available on request.



Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap are provided, together with fresh bed linen and towels. Beach essentials are available. A washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided. Coffee and tea are included.



Pets are welcome with prior approval before booking. A pet fee applies per animal, per stay. Parties, events and evening gatherings are not allowed.
