This property is delightful , even more beautiful than in website pictures . Equipped with everything you can ever need and breathtaking view of the baie of Cannes . The terrasse is great for breakfast , lounge or dinner . The hosts are also delightful, welcoming and friendly, from beginning to end and provide great advice .

Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with stunning view

Very comfortable, well equipped and in a safe residential area with private off road parking. Jean-Pierre and Guillemette were lovely hosts who were very helpful and spoke excellent English. They were very welcoming and wanted us to enjoy our stay to the maximum.

Just perfect!

Jean-Pierre and Guillemette were incredible hosts, helpful and always with a smile! Breath-taking views, from sunrise to sunset, close to the National Park, for walks and nature vibes! around 20 minute walk to the seaside and town centre...maybe 30 minutes on the way back, but worth it! We're planning our next trip to Cannes 2024...and we will surely stay in this wonderful house! Thank you

Nice place but...

The apartment is lovely and has views of the bay in Cannes. However, it is quite a distance from the Boulevard de la Croisette. Since we came for the Film Festival, we had to rent scooters to get up and down the hill every day. In the property description, it claims that it is a less than twenty-minute walk to the festival center, which is not true. It takes 30 minutes downhill and uphill it is quite impossible.

Fantastic apartment with a breathtaking view

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well equipped with everything one needs. The view from the balcony is incredible and we enjoyed many nice meals there. The hosts are very kind and allow their guests to use their private pool. As it was quite warm during our stay, this was a nice treat! The beach is about a 20 minute walk. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful Apartment

We had a wonderful two week say at Bleu Regard. The appartment was spotless throghout and in a fabulous location. The old time and beach at Plage du Midi are only 20 mins walk away; perhaps a bit longer coming home as Bleu Regard is at the top of quite a steep hill but the plus side of this is that the view isfantastic. We loved simply sitting out and eating on the balcony. Thank you agai.

Great place, location and property manager

Very nice two bedroom apartment that was perfect for my son and I. Indescribable view I’d the Med from the patio and dining room and we loved the massive sliding door that we opened to bring the outside into the inside. Apartment was very functional with the kitchen meeting all our needs for meals. The hosts were really helpful and cooperative, giving us a full tour on checking, taking us to the grocery store on our first day and answering all of our questions during the stay. The place is a 12 minute walk from the old town and beach and a very inexpensive UBER at night, when it’s raining. We didn’t use the pool but it definitely looked nice. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Perfect!

Our stay at Guillemette and Jean-Pierre's lovely home was beyond all expectations. This is the spot to be for a comfortable, relaxing, and inviting accommodation. The view is spectacular and the layout of the house takes advantage of the view so you can enjoy the 180 degrees of the coastline. Guillemette and Jean-Pierre are very generous and kind, leaving us a well-stocked kitchen and offering to drive us to the grocery store. We went for a swim every morning in the saltwater pool and warmed on our private deck where the birds take center stage dancing across the sky. It's so quiet on the hillside away from the hustle and bustle of Cannes when there are too many tourists. Across the street is a park for walks or runs, morning and evening. I plan to stay here every year, as a home away from home if they'll have me. I give this quiet, clean, and beautiful home a 10/10!

Idyllic flat to relax with fantastic view

We can highly recommend staying at Bleu Regard. The location overlooking the bay of Cannes is magnificent. The balcony extends from east and south with plenty of space to relax. The flat is very well equipped and the beds firm but comfortable. Operating the electric blinds from the comfort of your bed each morning, to reveal the wonderful view is something I will always remember. Jean-Pierre and Guillemette were exceptional hosts and helped us out when we had a problem with the car. Just be aware there is an internal staircase from the front door, to the door of the flat, but there is a handrail. The walk into Cannes gets easier each time and even the walk back up the hill means you will be fitter after your holiday. Having the regional park of the Croix de Gardes opposite was a real bonus. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Der Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Wohnung war in jeder Hinsicht einfach topp. Wir wurden super nett begrüßt und Guillemette und Jean-Pierre waren perfekte Gastgeber! Sie gaben uns bei Bedarf tolle Tipps und sind äußerst zuvorkommend und gleichzeitig diskret.Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet . Die Wohnlage ist ruhig und erholsam und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist grandios.Das Zentrum von Cannes ist in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Wir haben unsere Ferien total genossen.Vielen Dank auch nochmals, dass wir den tollen Pool benutzen durften, einfach wunderbar!Bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Cannes kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!
