Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, blitzblank und der Concierge-Service war großartig.Die Fahrzeit zum Flughafen beträgt circa 20 Minuten und die Lage der Wohnung ist für diverse Ausflüge sehr günstig.

Appartement parfait pour 6 personnes, très bien équipé et entretenu. Très propre. Terrasses très appréciables. Location bien située pour accéder rapidement à st Florent, Bastia et Cap Corse.

Traumhaft!

Tolle Wohnung in schöner zentraler Lage, wenn man den nördlichen Teil Korsikas erkunden möchte. 15 Autominuten zu den nächsten Stränden in St Florent oder bei Bastia. Wandermöglichkeiten auch direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, großzügig geschnitten und lichtdurchflutet, auch mit 6 Personen hat man viel Platz (Familie mit 4 Kindern), sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, ein großer Balkon mit tollem Blick über das Tal bis zum Meer, nach vorne ein zweiter großer Balkon zum Wäschetrocknen z.B. Der Pool ist super, um sich abends nach dem Tagesausflug nochmal abzukühlen, die Kinder hatten dort viel Spaß. Großes Plus: Morgens können die Kinder bei der Boulangerie direkt am Kreisverkehr um die Ecke (am Col de Santo Stefano) die Croissants etc. holen (geöffnet täglich 7-20 Uhr), und wenn es abends mal schnell gehen muss, ist eine Pizzeria zum Abholen auch direkt daneben. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr effektive Klimaanlage, aber man kann auch so sehr gut durchlüften, im Juni brauchten wir die Klimaanlage kaum! Sehr netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Ohne Einschränkung fünf Sterne!

Nous sommes heureux d’avoir découvert cet appartement proche de Bastia et de Saint Florent. Entièrement équipé, d’une propreté impeccable et possédant les infrastructures nécessaires.La région vaut le détour et les habitants sont avenant. Nos deux ados ont apprécié la piscine. Je recommande vivement cette location.

En famille, idéal pour accéder à toutes les plages depuis l'île rousse, jusqu'au désert des agriates à celles du cap corse... tout en rentrant au calme le soir dans un appartement très bien équipé et situé face belle montagne et vue golfe saint florent au loin. Très belle adresse en famille

Tolle Wohnung, alles perfekt.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gepflegt und top ausgestattet. Alles war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Schlüsselübergabe war gut organisiert. Der Pool war sauber und das Wasser angenehm temperiert. Auch die Nachbarn der anderen Wohnungen waren hilfbereit und freundlich.

Tres belle résidence

Le séjour a été parfait. L’appartement est très propre et également très fonctionnel. Un super balcon permet de profiter pleinement du soleil. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour à Olmeta-di-Tuda.

Très bel appartement avec tout le confort qu'il faut

Nous étions 4 personnes lors de notre séjour dans ce superbe appartement. Chambre très agréable avec de grand placard pour y ranger nos affaires. Cuisine très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Il y avait tout comme à la maison comme par exemple une glacière et un glaçon idéal si on part en pique nique ainsi qu'un parasol pour sur la plage. Lorsqu'on vient en avion c'est des choses qu'on peut pas transporter. Grande terrasse avec très belle vue et une plancha que nous avons apprécié. La piscine très propre avec des chaises longues. Dommage quelle était un peu fraîche mais on nous a dit qu'il allait investir dans une pompe pour la chauffer. L'appartement est un peu à l'écart de tout mais si on cherche le calme C'est très bien. Le petit plus la boulangerie juste à côté. Il y a aussi un p'tit restaurant au bord d'une rivière très sympa. Vous trouverez aussi des supermarchés à 15 minutes vers saint Florent ou vers Bastia.

Bonjour, Merci pour votre message, nous apprécions de savoir que nos locataires se sont sentis comme chez eux. Nous avons choisi la localisation de la résidence, un peu à l'écart de Saint Florent, afin de ne pas devoir subir les inconvénients liés à la forte densité de population estivale. La localisation présente aussi l'avantage d'avoir une température plus supportable l'été. Comme vous le signalez, la piscine peut parfois être un peu fraiche, il a été décidé depuis peu d'investir dans une pompe à chaleur, si vous revenez un jour vous pourrez en profiter. Cordialement

Très bel appartement bien situé

La propriété est calme, bien entretenue et bien située pour visiter la Haute Corse, beaucoup de choses à voir dans les environs. La boulangerie tout près est très appréciable ainsi que le supermarché à seulement quelques kilomètres. L'appartement est fonctionnel, très bien équipé et la décoration à notre goût. La piscine est un peu fraîche en mai… mais quand elle sera chauffée : que du bonheur !

Location de standing très appréciable, moderne, et très bien situé , à l'entrée du Cap Corse

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location, que nous recommanderons sans hésitation à nos amis ! L'appartement se situe dans une résidence de standing , avec une piscine simple et sobre mais parfaite pour des bains de repos / farniente après une escapade pendant la journée . L'appartement est joliment décoré, avec une décoration épurée et moderne. L'appartement est idéalement situé, tout proche du début du Cap Corse ! L'appartement est parfaitement équipé dans toutes les pièces de la maison, nous avons fort apprécié l'utilisation du lave linge, et la terrasse très spacieuse permettait d'étendre notre linge sans même perdre de l'intérêt à l'utilisation de la terrasse . Le propriétaire met à disposition des locataires une grande plancha, idéale pour les dîners d'été ! Parking privé bien protégé, que du positif pour cette location !

l'endroit idéal pour découvrir Saint Florent et ses environs

Située entre la côte est et la côte ouest de l'île, entre Saint Florent et Bastia, la résidence est facilement accessible. l'appartement est très bien agencé, la décoration est soignée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de la résidence et la grande terrasse. L'accès à la piscine est très facile, les équipements de qualité (transats/ vestiaires etc...). l'endroit était le point de départ idéal pour visiter la région (à pieds, en vélo ou en voiture). Un point fort, la boulangerie située juste à côté de la résidence, un point faible, l'accès aux supermarchés ou animations nocturnes qui nécessitent la voiture. A notre arrivée, l'appartement était très propre et l'accueil de qualité.

superbe

appartement très agréable propre ,bien aménagé et très bien équipé, avec très grande terrasse( sans oublier la plancha qui nous fut très utile) .Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances ,la région est magnifique entre les plages des agriates ,le cap Corse Bastia et st Florent nous en avons pris plein les yeux ...et avons hâte de revenir .MR BIllaud est de très bons conseils et a été soucieux de notre bien être ,nous recommandons évidemment cette location à une famille ou couples d amis .

Prestations haut de gamme et tranquillité

Nous avons occupé cet appartement la dernière semaine de juillet 2016 avec grande satisfaction. Le logement est spacieux, confortable et aménagé avec goût. En dehors de la bonne qualité perçue de ce logement presque neuf, nous avons apprécié le grand calme de cette petite résidence (une quinzaine d'appartements) et l'agrément de la piscine du coup peu fréquentée. Il faut compter environ 20 minutes pour rejoindre ST Florent et ses plages, ce qui reste encore raisonnable. Précisons également la qualité de l'accueil à notre arrivée et la bonne prise en charge, les relations avec le propriétaire ont été excellentes. Notons à ce propos la bouteille de rosé Corse qui nous attendait ! Nous recommandons ce logement pour des vacances en famille à proximité du Cap Corse. François B. / Mayenne

Superbe séjour, location à recommander

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette belle résidence où nous avons pu profiter d'une piscine bien agréable ( sans chlore et avec un espace pateaugeoire pour les jeunes enfants). L'appartement est spacieux et très confortable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est aussi très bien équipé, que ce soit au niveau de l'électroménager ou de la vaisselle, rien ne manquait. La terrasse est bien exposée avec une vue dégagée sur le Golfe de St Florent, nous avons pu profiter de la plancha. Il y a aussi tout à proximité ( commerces ). Nous avons été bien accueillis et apprécié les conseils des propriétaires pour les visites aux alentours. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et en parlerons autour de nous.
