The apartment is located in a private historical residence Villa Leona located at 17 Avenue Saint Nicolas. A convenient location where you can access the hyper center of Cannes at a walking distance. It is also very close to the train station and you’ll have some supermarkets within a short 2min walk.

Prepare yourself a treat in the modern but traditional, barn-style kitchen and serve them out in the spacious private garden at this quiet urban sanctuary. Listen to the birds, grill some delicious food, and then take a stroll and browse the shops along Rue d'Antibes. The apartment boasts a luminous living room, dining area and a private fully fenced backyard to enjoy a family reunion with the BBQ or or play with your furry friends (the apartment is also pet-friendly!).

The apartment was completely renovated in February 2023, it is furnished for seasonal rentals (conferences or holidays with family or friends). We also provide a desk and a comfortable chair to work in peace.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide complimentary coffee and tea, so you can start your mornings with a warm cup while taking in the charm of Cannes. The apartment is thoughtfully designed with high-quality furnishings to offer a refined yet cozy atmosphere, perfect for short-term stays, whether for a relaxing vacation or a business event.

The apartment of 64m2 + 70m2 (garden) can accommodate 6 people and includes:
*** A large living room / dining room / kitchen fully equipped, a large dining table, a large sofa, a 43" television with cable and ultra-fast 1Gbit coaxial fiber Internet/Wifi.
*** A garden with a dining table and a barbecue.
*** Three bedrooms: A master bedroom with a 160x200cm queen-size bed of and a 43’’ television. A second bedroom with a 140x190cm full-size bed and a 43” television. A third bathroom with a 140x190cm full-size bed.
*** A bathroom with a toilet, and an independent toilet.

This beautifully designed apartment is the perfect combination of modern elegance, functionality, all in an iconic location, offering a seamless experience whether you’re here to soak up the sun, explore the Riviera, or attend an international congress.

The apartment is very close to the center of Cannes and is very easy to find. Once you are settled I, it will be very easy to walk across the city (i.e. you do not need a car).

The apartment is on the ground floor of the building on the left-hand side. The residence has a secured entrance.

*** 8 min from the "Rue d'Antibes" (500m), its cinema and shops.
*** 10 min from the famous "Palais des Festivals" (800m), "La Croisette" and its beaches.
*** 10 min from "Marché Forville" (800 m) and "Vieux Port".
*** 15 min walk from "Le Suquet" (1000m) the historic district of Cannes with many restaurants and a fantastic view of the bay of Cannes from the church.

Beautiful hidden gem

Great few days here - highly responsive and gracious host. Only suggestion would be to include some more small amenities like hand soap, etc in the bathrooms and perhaps some bottled water.
