Modern and Beautiful Apartment in Buzanija with shared pool, table tennis, BBQ, green area and outside dinning table, offers accommodation for 6+2 people. Located only 8 min drive to Novigrad Old Town.
The space Apartment has two bedrooms with Queen beds and extra spare bed connected to the Queen bed and this is the case in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Large family room with sofa which can stretch and can accommodate another 2 guests. There is also kitchen and spare toilet. Apartment has a 10.5 m2 loggia for outside dinning or sitting. The apartment has a flat-screen TV, WIFI and air-condition.

The apartment building has all together 4 apartments which share the pool and are around the pool, table tennis, grill, trampoline etc.

I did not have hot water in one bathroom and the kitchen. The landlord was not able to fix it during my stay. I requested the price discount from the agency that rented the apartment but so far I did not get any response.

Super, erholsamer Urlaub gewesen!

Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und sind mit allem sehr zufrieden gewesen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab es zwar z.B., dass etwas wenig Besteck für 9 Personen vorhanden war und das warm Wasser in einem Bad nicht richtig funktionierte, aber der Rest hat einfach gestimmt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage war top. Wenn alle Wohnungen vermietet sind könnte der Pool etwas zu klein sein, jedoch hatten wir Glück und hatten den Pool die meiste Zeit für uns. Die Lage war sehr zentral und mit dem Auto waren wir schnell am Strand oder einkaufen. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für alles!

Okay mit kleinen Mängeln

Alles in allem war die Unterkunft okay bis auf Kleinigkeit: Trotz Buchung für 5 Personen war anfangs nur Besteck für 4 verfügbar. Die Pumpe für Warmwasser war nicht eingeschaltet. Diese Punkte hätte man vor Check-in vielleicht prüfen können. Ansonsten war das Appartment sauber (bis auf Hundespuren am Pool und etwas Geschirr). Alle Anfragen wurden schnell gelöst. Nur dass die benachbarten Appartment überwiegend an junge Reisegruppen vermietet wurden, war teilweise etwas nervig aufgrund nächtlicher Lärmbelästigung. Auch die Mülltonnen waren einige Zeit überfüllt. Alles in allem empfanden wir den Preis für den Standard sehr hoch verglichen mit anderen Urlaubsdestinationen

Okay mit kleinen Mängeln

Sauberes, gut klimatisiertes und ausreichend großes Reihenendhaus mit kleinen Mängeln: Anfangs nur Besteck für 4 Personen, obwohl für 5 gebucht. Die anderen Wohnungen wurden vermehrt an junge Reisegruppen (was zu erhöhtem Lärmpegel und reduziertem Erholungsfaktor führt) und Hundebesitzern vermietet (Hund kam durch offene Terrassentür in unsere Wohnung und viele Pfotenabdrück im Poolbereich). Mülltonnen waren viele Tage überfüllt
