Loved this house

Perfect little house to stay in! Close to everything, shops, food, historical area. The hosts were amazing to help with everything we needed, including picking us up when we got lost. Would highly recommended ❣️

Borgo Naples

My family and I had a quick change to plans to stay one night in Naples to see Pompei. I reached out to owner and he communicated well about early check in for us since we needed to drop off bags. He was timely and the unit was clean with air conditioning. There was a grocery store nearby and we took the train from the main station.

Naples vacation

Our family of four enjoyed the experience of staying at this property. The place was super clean, very modern and spacious. It was quite but also close to train station. The host went above and beyond with helping us ordering transportation, providing supplies!!! Amazing time and experience!!! We will definitely come back

Perfect Apartment

Arrived late, nothing too much trouble for the host and her lovely family, apartment clean with everything you could need, host in touch all the time, easy to get to transport train etc, it was very hot in Naples at the time, aircon was perfect, highly recommended, don't miss the deep fried pizza!!! Thank You, we will visit again

Perfect accomodations in Napoli

Borgo Loreto is a beautiful apartment with every amenity you could possibly want, including laundry! Floriana is a gracious host who met us to give us a quick tour, and volunteered to assist us with reservations, our lost baggage, and anything else we might need. Each bedroom has lots of space and storage, and the beds and pillows were extremely high quality. The kitchen and living spaces are open concept, and the patio is gorgeous! The bathroom is huge with a giant tub, with plenty of space for all 4 of us to store our toiletries. On top of being lovely and well appointed, the location is close to everything - shopping, dining, transit, grocery and pharmacy. I would recommend this location without question, and would stay again. Thanks, Floriana!!

Centrally Located Oasis

Staying here was one of the nicest parts of our visit. Clean and well lit. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. The AC was sufficient to keep us cool but there was only a unit in the main room. Leaving bedroom doors open kept the whole place cool. This is in-city living: the apartment was great but the building and neighborhood are a bit rough (seemed about average for Naples). The walls are thin and neighbors can be heard through them (just regular people living their lives). It didn't bother us, but was noticeable. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk from the central train station or bus station, but if you have any rolling luggage I strongly suggest getting a taxi even for that short distance. Naples is paved in cobblestones that make rolling lugged an absolute nightmare.

This unit raises mixed feelings

Different reviewers have distinct emphases about a specific home. We appreciate the nice features other reviewers mentioned, but this is not a cheap rental, and should be rated accordingly. Unit is clean, large and comfortable, but it is for four people and has only a two seat sofa. Bathroom is huge, but has no adequate venting so even a quick bath leaves the floor completely wet. Kitchen apps are of good quality, but you will really have a hard time trying to cook because there is only one pot with no lid and one frying pan. After we arrived, at our request, the host did bring some wine glasses and a missing table knife. On the nice side, hosts provided water, beer, coffee capsules, some pastry, shampoo and soap. Location is a short walk from Napoli Centrale station. Neighborhood is unkempt and ugly, yet does not feel unsafe. Now, some really annoying issues. If you turn on more than two appliances simultaneously, the power goes off. Hosts do not warn you about this so when it happens you are left in the dark having to phone them; they don't speak anything but Italian, so it's a bit stressful to finally convince them to come to the unit and fix it. Another downer is being charged a fee per person per night, in cash. The fee is legit, we checked it, the City of Napoli charges it. But so does Rome and Firenze - and the hosts there did not charge us. And this fee is not mentioned in the property listing . All in the balance, we rate this stay as average.
