Nice and cosy house situated in a quiet area of St. Antoni, at 1500 m. from the beach. Enjoy a fantastic family holiday thanks to the privacy of the swimming pool where you can cool down and enjoy the summer. The tranquillity of the garden, surrounded by vegetation, invites you to relax and disconnect from all the stresses of daily life. With a constructed area of 170 m2, the house has two levels.
On the main floor there is a living and dining room with access to a pleasant terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a master suite with bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace, two double bedrooms, one of them with access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower.
The upper floor consists of a double bedroom en suite with a bathroom with shower and access to a nice terrace with beautiful sea views.
You can park your car in an outside area within the plot.
The Costa Brava is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals,  historical culture,  lots of traditions and much more!
St. Antoni belongs to the municipality of Calonge, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoying great natural wealth and diversity. At its beach you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...) and in its promenade you will find an ample selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths. In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.
Calonge and St. Antoni has been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.


Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.


Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.
