LIVING AREA: large air-conditioned living room furnished with dining table and chairs, double sofa bed and TV. Adjacent to the living room, the independent kitchen complete with oven, fridge, dishwasher and crockery.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION: consists of 3 bedrooms, (1st double bedroom with air conditioning and TV, 2nd double bedroom with air conditioning and TV, 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds) Two bathrooms complete with amenities and shower cubicle.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: veranda equipped with dining table and chairs, laundry area with sink and washing machine, mosquito nets, external shower. Wi-Fi, Two/three parking spaces. Pets Allowed. Large garden surrounding the structure.

The tourist tax excluded (to be paid on site) is equal to €1 per day in the months of May, June and September; €1.50 per day in the months of July and August, per person up to a maximum of 7 nights.
