One of these terraces is home to the swimming pool with salt depuration system, which is 5 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.5m, with access to a kitchen (with oven, dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer) and one small bathroom. The main house is on two floors. The ground floor features a living area with fireplace, a living room with TV and access to a small terrace with table and chairs, a service bathroom.
