Outside, there is a saltwater swimming pool, garden furniture, and a pleasant poolside gazebo for wine tastings, dinners, and oil tastings.

A brick barbecue is available for preparing delicious grilled meat or fish, a ping pong table, and two garden areas. The property features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an entrance hall, a TV room, and a large, well-equipped kitchen, for a total of 280 square meters.

The villa is 5 km from shopping centers and supermarkets, while a 10-minute walk takes you to the medieval historic center of Montecarlo, rich in art, culture, and excellent wine. The villa is located in the heart of Tuscany, a 30-minute drive from the sea or Florence.

Over time, the Centoni family has strived to offer guests who book the villa numerous extras, from a private chef, poolside dinners, wine tastings, e-bike rentals, guided farm tours, and personalized tours.

The villa's owner (Lido) is passionate about organic extra virgin olive oil. He produces a fantastic cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil to enhance all its aromas and flavors. Request a tasting.

A few meters from the villa, you can admire Lido's olive trees, which he tends with the utmost passion. Upon your arrival at the villa, Lido will be happy to offer you a bottle of his lovingly produced oil.

The villa is managed by Lido and his son Massimo.

For the Centoni family, it's always a great pleasure to meet new families who appreciate the Tuscan region and its cultures.

Fabulous Tuscan family holiday

Fantastic and warm welcome from Massimo and Lido, villa Centoni was a perfect place to stay in the fabulous Tuscan countryside. Montecarlo hillside town was just a short walk up the hill, beautiful location/toen. Grazi Massimo & Lido for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Villa Centori. The host was very attentive and helpful with information. The house and yard were most comfortable and the pool was very nice. We were a group of 10 and the sleeping arrangements worked well.

Nice well situated house at affordable price.

With only 10 min stroll to Montecarlo we enjoyed Lido and Massimos house. The house is well equipped and is the perfect place as base for discovering Tuscany. The pool is clean and the water is fresh. Only minus is the limited outside space when you have 4 active children who wanted to play football like the Italians.

Perfect location in Tuscany

Villa Centoni was a wonderful way for our group of nine friends and family to spend three weeks exploring Tuscany. The villa itself is large and spacious with five well-equipped bedrooms, three and a half baths, dining room seating for at least 18 as well as a lovely patio with additional dining table. There is a wrap-around veranda, with beautiful views. The owner, Massimo, was very helpful, recommending restaurants, and activities, which always turned out to be terrific. A bonus is that the villa is a short walk away from a beautiful little medieval walled town, with great restaurants within and outside the walls. It’s also an easy distance from so many gorgeous Tuscan towns - Florence, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano etc. Just 15 minutes away is Montecatini Terme, a beautiful spa city with a lovely old town on a mountain, which you reach by a ride on a 120 year old funicular. And, don’t leave out a visit to the Garfagnana just north of the villa. Whether you want to relax and enjoy the local life and delicious food, or tour Tuscany, this is the place to be.

Superbe sejour !!!!

Nous avons passé un superbe sejour dans cette belle villa. Les proprietaires, Lino (le pere) et Massimo (le fils) ont été d'une extreme gentillesse et nous ont indiqué des magnifiques endroits à visiter. La villa se trouve à 1h15 de Florence et a 1h de pise donc idealement situé à quelques que centaines de metre du village de Montecarlo. La villa est tres spacieuse et l'endroit d'un calme absolu Nous recommandons vivement cette magnifique villa toscane !!!

Super schöne zwei Wochen in Montecarlo

Haus ist wie beschrieben, super nette Vermieter. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Großes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz und einem schönen Pool. Nicht weit bis Lucca, Pisa oder zum Meer. Alles gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nach Florenz sind wir mit dem Zug gefahren, war auch total entspannt und nicht zu teuer. Wer Berge mag, kommt auch auf seine Kosten.

Urlaub in der Villa Centoni/ Toscana

Wir wurden herzlich von Lido und Massimo Centoni begrüsst. Führung durchs Haus und weitere Infos (Ausflugmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc.) übernahm Massimo. Massimo und seine Familie wohnen im unteren Teil des Hauses (separater Eingang). Bei Fragen durften wir Massimo anrufen, ansonsten waren wir für uns. Bei unserer Abwesenheit wurde der Pool gereinigt. Das Haus liegt an guter Lage. 10 Minuten von Montecarlo. Schnell mit Auto oder Zug in Florenz, Pisa, Lucca., am Meer etc... Herzlichen Dank an die Familie Centoni.

Toller Aufenthalt mit der Familie in der Toskana!

Wir waren mit 3 Familien (6 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder von 3 bis 11) im August 2019 bei Lido und Massimo zu Gast. Die beiden waren von Anfang an sehr freundlich und waren bei jeder Frage sofort zur Stelle. Das Haus war so wie erwartet, groß, gut gepflegt und mit einem tollen Pool für die Kinder. Die Lage war für uns genau richtig. Das kleine Dorf Montecarlo ist in Fußwegnähe um kleine Einkäufe, ein Eis für zwischendurch oder ein Abendessen in toskanischer Atmosphäre zu genießen. Zudem sind die Highlights der Toskana (Florenz, Siena, Pisa, San Giminiano) jeweils in maximal 1 Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Danke Lido und Massimo, dass wir bei euch zu Gast sein durften.

Fabulous

We stayed with lido and his son max, for a week in mid September, there was 7 of us ranging from ages 7 to 82 years and everyone had a great time, beautiful villa in the countryside, lovely pool for the kids, lido and Max were a great help with everything, it's a lovely quiet location but close enough to walk to the village which is fab, beautiful restraunts and small shops, we loved it, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It was a great holiday in a beautiful house with charming hosts, What more can you ask for. Ps. the weather was also brilliant

A great house for all ages and party sizes in a brilliant location

A well laid out house that is in a brilliant location for accessing lots of western Tuscany. The only thing it lacks, is fans in all the bedrooms which are definitely required when outside temperatures were going over 36 each day. The pool is a perfect size for children - and is cleaned daily.

A lovely setting, just a few drawbacks!

We were a party of 10, five couples and first impressions were good. The villa looked lovely from the outside with a good size swimming pool,. The ground floor was well laid out with plenty of space for eating both inside and out. Our first problem arose when we were shown upstairs, four bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds but the fifth bedroom was a small child's room with bunk beds! Not what is advertised! Lido was showing us round but had no English at all so we were not able to convey our dismay but were led to believe that his son spoke English and would visit the next day. This he did but spoke no more English that his father, Google translate was used though I still don't think they grasped the problem. Be warned, if you are all adults you might end up in the bunk beds! Our only other drawback was the dog that lives with the owner's son downstairs, and a local cockeral. We have all grown up in the countryside and are used to animal noises but a barking dog at 5.30am is not acceptable, and it was not not taken indoors or made to stop. There were lots of good things about the villa and we enjoyed walking to Montecarlo, a visit to local vineyard, a drive to Lucca and Pisa and a number of BBQs and swims in the glorious weather we were lucky enough to enjoy. Just take your insect repellent as apparently June is the worst time for bites and we certainly discovered that! As a group of adults we did have an enjoyable time and forced ourselves to sample the wine of the area. We would not advise people not to book, we just think they should be aware of the things we experienced so that they can make an informed decision.

Super dejlig bolig. God ramme, når man er mange på ferie sammen

Boligen har en super beliggenhed, nær den lille bjergby Montecarlo. Det er nemt, at komme på motorvejen og til de nærliggende seværdigheder i Lucca, Pisa, montecantini alto mm. Boligen er ligeledes nær gode indkøbsmuligheder. Indretningen er praktisk, det eneste der ikke fungerede 100 % optimalt, var at køleskabet og tilhørende fryser var for lille, når man skal have vand og mad på køl til 13 personer. Samtidig kølede det ikke nok. Ejerne var rigtig søde og nemme at kommunikere med både før og under opholdet.

Une villa pleine de charme

Notre séjour dans la Villa Centoni a été très agréable. Massimo et Lido sont très accueillants, serviables et très gentils. Da ripetere sicuramente!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questa Villa, ottima la posizione a pochi minuti dal Paese di Montecarlo. Ottima la pulizia e l'arredo delle stanze. Ci aspettavamo solo che la piscina ad acqua salata fosse un pò più grande e più profonda. Si respira comunque serenità, ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie anche ai gestori per la loro disponibilità.

Beautiful villa, fantastic stay.

We are a group of fans of vintage car, we decided to make our cars with a tour of Tuscany, and we have identified as the basis Villa Centoni, whereas it is in the center of Tuscany. The owner and his son were very helpful in advising us wonderful destinations. In the evening, the pool, with the catering service we enjoyed local dishes, with wine tasting and olive oil. The villa is very large and well maintained. The pool was essential for our stay. The small village of Montecarlo is very nice. From the villa you can admire a fantastic panorama. The guaranteed relax at the villa and the villa is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, total relaxation. A proper Thank Lido and Massimo, the villa managers that have always been available to us.

Great holiday in Tuscany

The managers were very helpful and professional.The villa is very beautiful, a fantastic panoramic terrace.The rooms are large. We noticed a big cleanup and made us very happy. It is recommended to visit the center of Monte Carlo, is very nice.The village center is 700 meters from the villa. The owner and his son are helpful and nice. The pool is very pretty.The villa is situated in the heart of Tuscany, just 10 minutes drive from Lucca 5 stars very very good, see you soon
