The smaller house features one bedroom, while the larger house has two bedrooms. Both houses are constructed on two levels with the fully equipped kitchen-sitting area and WC located on the ground floor, and the bedroom or bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor.

One of the marvelous houses available is the Maisonette with Sea Views, fully equipped with modern furniture and able to accommodate up to 4 people. The house features 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and 2 balconies with stunning sea views. The first level comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and 2 sofa beds, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 veranda with outside furniture.
