Great outlook, walk into Vence
My wife and I just completed a 2 week stay in Vence and had a really great time. First the accommodation was just as per the description. Great outlook from the main bedroom and the lounge/dinning room. The kitchen was very modern with a new fridge and plenty of cooking equipment etc and lots condiments to get you started. It does have a combined microwave/oven but we had no problem using it. We ate in several nights enjoying what we could find in the local supermarket or markets. The Leclerc supermarket on the edge of town had just about everything you may need. Vence also has several good food shops as well. The apartment is on the 1st floor of 4 so just up 2 short flights to the front door. The land slopes away in front of the apartment so from inside you appear quite high with a great view. The garage is tight but we found car parking stations with less room, renting an apartment with a garage is rare! The location was perfect for us as we explored the town (7 min walk uphill or 5 min back downhill) and went in every direction out from Vence. To the coast, mountains, gorges, hilltop towns and even Italy for a pizza. all very easy day trips. Lots of restaurant choices in Vence, just check their hours as most will close on Monday. We always walked in, if you chose to drive, you will have to use one of the two parking pay stations. Our host and her very able assistants were a pleasure to deal with. At our request an ironing board was delivered promptly by her charming daughter. Communication by email or sms was prompt. We certainly enjoyed our stay and even with 2 weeks we still missed a few sights. I would certainly recommend this accommodation as a great place to stay.

Home Away from Home!
We have enjoyed a wonderful stay in this apartment in the charming town of Vence - for 7 weeks. The apartment is extremely comfortable, spacious and light and very well equipped for a short or long term stary. The large deck area gets the morning sun and is a great spot to sit and eat breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and spacious enough for food preparation. The bathroom is very modern and the water pressure is excellent with a good supply of very hot water. Both bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Excellent supply of linen. There is a garage in which to park your vehicle, however our car was too big, so we used the 'visitor parking' at the front of the building. Overall the apartment is exaclty as per the owner's description and photos. The apartment is within a 10minute walk of the old town and main shopping area. The residents of the town are extremely friendly as are the store proprietors. There are a number of excellent restaurants and the quality of meals and service is of a very high standard. Vence is the perfect base to explore the Cote d'Azure and we would highly recommend this accommodation and the town of Vence, to any traveller. We will be sad to say farewell at the end of our most enjoyable visit and hope one day, to return.

En un mot : c'est vraiment bien
Un appartement sympa où rien ne manque, dans un quartier calme avec vue sur le vieux Vence que l'on peut rejoindre à pieds en 10 minutes. Une grande terrasse où l'on peut dormir au soleil, manger tranquillement... avec les tourterelles posées sur la balustrade. On recommande.

Lovely Spacious and Clean
This is a nice spacious apartment in gorgeous Vence. It’s in a quiet, residential area with friendly neighbours. There are stairs up to the second floor but no lift and the town centre is a 10 minute walk up some steep hills. The apartment is well equipped, however I recommend bringing an extra towel, and there are only 2 square pillows per bed. Ok for a single occupant of the bed but one each isn’t enough in my opinion. Overall our stay was lovely. The garage space is big enough for a Fiat 500, it just need’s careful manoeuvring. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.
