We stayed in Vanves, Paris in June with my friend. While we really liked the neighborhood — it was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed — the apartment was very disappointing.There were issues with the electricity: the lights could only be controlled only via the circuit breaker, which was confusing. The host didn’t respond to our messages for the first three days, so we couldn’t get any help.The apartment was dirty. The bedding and surfaces weren’t clean, there was old food in the fridge and even in a closet , and no towels in the bathroom. The washing machine was extremely loud, we were honestly worried the neighbors might complain.On the third day, the host unexpectedly came by, asking why we hadn’t called him — but he spoke only French, and we don’t. He said he needed to change the locks (we didn't know why), made himself coffee in our kitchen, and took the Wi-Fi router with him, claiming the internet had just stopped working. We had no internet for the last two days of our stay.It was a really bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay
