New, stylish and modern This beautiful, spacious and modern chalet was completed in June 2024. With high ceilings, high-quality light finishes, using many natural materials and colours and large windows, you will experience lots of light and space. A chalet that feels like a real home. The exterior is finished with wood in a modern way, giving the chalet a natural and luxurious look. The covered veranda allows you to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather. 

The layoutLiving room and kitchen
The garden-oriented living room is spacious and modern, with a large corner sofa and a trendy swivel chair, Smart TV with Dutch & a number of German channels. There is a PVC floor. The kitchen is modern in design and equipped with, among other things, an induction cooker with hood, combi microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a cosy dining area with rectangular table and 5 chairs.

Bathroom and toilet
The modern bathroom has a shower cabin, washbasin with illuminated mirror and a toilet

Bedrooms
There are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a 2-person box-spring bed (2 separate 80 x 210 cm mattresses and 1-person duvets), bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a 1-person foldaway bed (all 90 x 200 cm). This bedroom can accommodate 3 people or 2 people and a baby (space for a cot is created by folding up 1 bed). 

Terrace and garden
Through the sliding doors you enter the cosy veranda with garden table and 6 garden chairs. Here you can enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather. The garden (80 m2) also has a lawn.

Park Campanula/Pool
The park has an indoor swimming pool, access is free for chalet tenants. For the other facilities at Campanula, guests can use for a fee. (sauna, mini golf, laundrette)

The chalet has central heating so it can be lived in all year round. 

You cannot park directly at the chalet (possibility to load and unload). Parking is possible on the park's central car park.
