It features a kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.<br><br>Very bright, you can sit down to breakfast and enjoy the open view of the valley below.<br><br>Equipped with a closet and a trunk for storage, as well as a stand for quick and convenient hanging of your clothes.<br><br>The very spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and is fully equipped with all bathroom fixtures and a hair dryer.<br>Guest Access<br>The property’s gardens are available for guests.<br><br>A barbecue and an outdoor dining area are available and can also be used for dinner, a party with friends, or a romantic evening.<br><br>You’re welcome to use our lounge chairs to relax and sunbathe.<br>We can provide our bicycles upon request.<br><br>There are three private parking spots: one near the house, outside the property fence, and two near the main road.<br>Other things to keep in mind<br>The herbs growing in the gardens may be picked and used in the kitchen.<br><br>You may pick our fruit (depending on the season): cherries, peaches, plums, grapes, and jujubes.<br><br>Although meals and breakfast are not provided, guests are offered a welcome kit consisting of fresh fruit, olive oil and vinegar, baked goods, coffee, tea and herbal teas, butter, and jam—so you can feel right at home and not have to worry about grocery shopping as soon as you arrive.<br><br>There is no tourist tax in the municipality of Muggia.
