The apartment is located in a villa surrounded by greenery and tranquility, with large garden of 1. 000mq, surrounded by small houses and gardens. Ampio105 sq.m, very bright, is composed of a living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and m. or. Lounge with TV, DVD player, 1 double, 2 singles, bathroom with tub-shower, another small bathroom wc-laundry. There is parking in the garden, with automatic gate. The apartment has a separate entrance. PRICE varies depending on the required period and the number of persons, calculated on a family basis of 4 people, to which must be added 10 € per person, per night, than 4. L 'rent includes the use of the entire apartment to exclusive use, all utilities, bed linen and towels, WiFi internet connection and a parking space in the garden with automatic gate. The total price must be added € 30 for cleaning at end of stay. For small children we provide a baby cot and two high chairs seonda age. Building energy class F. From 1 June 2018 the room tax of 2 € per person will be applied (exempt children up to 18 years of age) for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.

The property is located in a strategic location: a 10 'drive from Piazza Unità d'Italy, close to the indoor stadium, the stadium Rocco, Cattinara Hospital and Infantile Burlo Garofalo, to areas of historical interest such as the Rice Mill, the town of Muggia with an old town-Venetian, a waterfront dotted with beaches, sailing centers and marinas. The Natural Park of Val Rosandra, easily accessible from the nearby bike path, as well as Slovenia, all locations are connected by a fast freeway connection that flows nearby. Bus. 8, with a stop in the immediate vicinity, takes you directly on the waterfront, Harbour Station, Corso Cavour, Piazza Unità, the place from where the Barcolana and the Green Dolphin will take you to the beaches of Muggia, Grignano, Sistiana and hydrofoil you can reach Also Piran, Rovinj and Pula.

Great place

We enjoyed staying here! Really lovely property with large garden, very clean and spacious apartment and good location. Quiet, safe neighbourhood with easy access to groceries and good restaurants. Easy to drive to highway and Trieste centre. Host was really warm and helpful - we enjoyed meeting her! Definitely recommend.

I would stay here again

Erika Fonda is a very friendly and helpful host. She always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The yard is beautiful. The property is spacious and very clean. The Wi-Fi is excellent. I enjoyed my stay here.

Simply fantastic!

We absolutely enjoyed staying at Erika's apartment. Erika is an awesome host! She gave us extremely good advice and explained cultural aspects of the region to us. We absolutely loved the apartment. It was quiet, the garden is just lovely and also the neighbours are very polite. Our children loved to stay there, too and appreciated the garden very much. We can only recommend Erika's apartment. We were sorry to leave...

Great property great host

The property was just as advertised and confirmed the other reviews. This is a great place to centralize your stay in Trieste. Grocery store and plenty of coffee bars within walking distance. For an extended stay she has the complete laundry facility right in your property. Quite and quaint location. Great access to downtown via the #8 bus. Also take the #8 bus to the train station and your are a two hour train ride to the heart of Venice or a 1 hour bus to Ljubljana. We will come back to visit Erika again.

The best we ever had!

Wer we're so warmly Welcome, we couldn 't believe. Erika ist such a perfect and lovely host, we would like to stay forever and chat and discuss for ages. The Appartement is in great shape, everything you need is there and If you need anything, Erika ist happy to help. We enjoyed being in the lovely garden, la Servola feels Like a little village and has everything you need in Walking distance: bakery, vegetable shop, restaurants, supermarket etc. Great to be there! Fantastic base for exploring Slovenia, Istria and Venice

We spent a two-week holiday with our two teenage children in Erika's beautiful apartment. Erika lives upstairs and is a very warm, friendly, helpful and unobtrusive host. The house is located in a suburb of Trieste, but once you pass through the gates of the house into the large and beautiful garden, it's like finding a little oasis in the city - a lovely place to relax after a day's sightseeing. The apartment is exactly as described and is equipped with everything we needed to make our holiday comfortable and enjoyable. There's a supermarket, bakery and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. And you can easily catch a bus that will take you downtown in 15 minutes. Trieste is a fantastic base for exploring Slovenia and the Croatian peninsula of Istria as well as some of the sights of northern Italy. In Slovenia, the stunning caves at Skocjan and Postojna, Predjama castle, Lake Bled, Ljubljana, Triglav National Park and the coastal town of Piran all make for wonderful day trips. In Croatia, there are the beautiful towns of Rovinj and Porec and the Roman remains in Pula. Aquapark Istralandia is only 45 mins away by car. Then, of course, there's the city of Trieste with its fascinating history, Venice (less than 2 hours by train) and the very pretty medieval town of Cividale del Friuli. Schöne Tage in Triest; Ausstattung der Wohnung ist nicht überall auf dem neuesten Stand, dennoch: schönes altmodisches Flair! Küche sehr klein. Nur ein Bad für drei Schlafzimmer (aber zwei Toiletten). Busverbindung in das Zentrum von Triest ist gut, aber unter Umständen langwierig (zwischen 30 und 60 Minuten). Sehr freundliche Vermieterin!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die viel Info-Material in der Wohnung bereit hält. Die Wohnung ist nett und geräumig, mit einem schönen Garten. Die Bus-Anbindung ist sehr gut. Da die Parksituation in Triest sehr bescheiden ist, entfielt sich mit dem Bus zu fahren. Der Stadtteil Servola liegt ca. 20 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Nachteile: die vielen kläffenden Hunde in der Umgebung.

Schöne Wohnung bei netter Vermieterin

Die Wohnung ist schön, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der große Garten kann genutzt werden. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und hat schnell erreichbar einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt zwei nahegelegene Bushaltestellen. Von der Innenstadt sind es etwa 15 Minuten Busfahrt.

Denken sie an ihr Fahrzeug und ihre körperliche Fitness!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht außer einer Kaffeemaschine und einem Toaster. Die Einfahrt ist auch für geübte Fahrer nicht einfach. Größere Autos haben keine Chance zum Parkplatz zu gelangen! Zum.Stadtzentrum ist es per Fuß zwar relativ nahe aber durch die extremen Steigungen sehr anstrengend! Das geht leider aus dem Inserat nicht hervor!

Mooie accommodatie en zeer vriendelijke eigenaar

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad, een mooie en goed verzorgde accommodatie en een zeer vriendelijke en attente gastvrouw. De binnenstad van Triest is vanuit deze accommodatie goed bereikbaar. De accommodatie was zeer goed verzorgd en erg schoon. De ruime tuin was een mooie aanvulling op het appartement. De auto kan geparkeerd worden bij de accommodatie op het terrein van de eigenaar. Supermark, restaurantjes en bakkerij zijn op loopafstand. Een absolute aanrader.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit fantastischem Garten

Toller 3tägiger Aufenthalt zur Entspannung nach der Alpenüberquerung mit Ebike von Salzburg nach Grado. Die Vermieterin Erika hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen und uns viele Tipps gegeben, auch eine Reservierung im Fischrestaurant gemacht. Alles war gut, auch die Lage. Mit dem Ebike war es aber schwierig, die steilen Berge vom Zentrum hochzufahren. Mit dem Bus Linie 8 war das sehr bequem, die Haltestelle war in der Nähe, auch ein guter Lebensmittelladen, der auch So geöffnet war. Alles in allem ein sehr guter Ort, sich zu erholen.

schöne wohnung in triest

zwar nicht im zentrum-zentrum gelegen, aber sehr nices viertel mit bäcker und restaurants und easy busverbindung mit nahe gelegener ticketverkaufsstelle. sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr hilfreiche vermieter, 1000 prospekte und pläne und tipps.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Triest!

Wir konnten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub in Triest verleben. Erika ist eine nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und hat uns mit allen erforderlichen Informationen versorgt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und der Garten kann mit benutzt werden. Triest ist eine sehr schöne Stadt und auch in der Umgebung gibt es viele interessante Ausflugsziele. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kann man das gesamte Stadtgebiet schnell und preiswert erreichen. Wir haben die Zeit in Triest sehr genossen und möchten uns bei Erika noch einmal für ihre Liebenswürdigkeit und Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Dieter und Margrit.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung in ruhiger Wohnumgebung mit charaktervoller Ausstattung bei der reizenden Gastgeberin Erika. Als Besonderheit war der große Garten hervorzuheben. Man sollte allerdings einkalkulieren, dass die Zufahrt einmal für erheblich kleinere Autos gebaut worden war, als sie heute üblich sind. Also nicht für SUV-Dickschiffe geeignet! Dafür liegt die nächste Bushaltestelle in geringer Entfernung.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, super ausgestattet und durch eine Klimaanlage auch bei hohen Temperaturen stets kühl. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Garten, in dem man sich hervorragend erholen kann. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Sie gibt tolle Tipps. Zur Begrüßung standen Getränke im Kühlschrank. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben, Wenn wir noch einmal nach Triest kommen, werden wir wieder hier wohnen.
