Completely independent, the cottage is on two levels:

1 large living room (sofa bed for 2 persons, 2 armchairs, display cabinet, sideboard, fireplace for spring or autumn
1 bathroom with shower
1 large well equipped kitchen (4 gas hobs, 2 sinks, dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, microwave, marble table with 3 chairs).
1 dining room with wall bench, table and chairs, and a beautiful view.
Heating with gas stoves.

FIRST FLOOR
1 double bedroom with air conditioning (a canopy bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers) and 1 additional opening bed if required
1 double bedroom (wardrobe and bedside tables)
1 room with 2 single beds.
1 bathroom with shower.

The bedrooms open onto a covered terrace with sea view.

Large porch with stone paving equipped with wooden table, benches, chairs, and barbecue.

Guest may use service of Agriturismo Fattoria La Prugnola (drinkable water dispenser, free wifi, outdoor playground, trekking path...)
