Charming modern three-room apartment renovated and newly furnished in 2016 of 63 square meters, 5 beds.
Independent entrance, shared garden + private garden and uncovered parking space inside the property. Ventilated position, hot / cold air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows. It is only 900 meters away. from the sea (free beach and equipped bathrooms).
The apartment opens into a large living room with kitchenette equipped with fridge, stove, oven, extendable table + 6 chairs, high chair for children, 3-seater sofa, TV.
Two double bedrooms with large wardrobes, one of which leads directly to the private garden. A large bathroom with shower cubicle.
The private garden is equipped with umbrella, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining.
The Il Pino apartment is on the threshold of the enchanting pinewood of Marina di Castagneto, from which it is only 50 meters away, where you can take pleasant walks on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.

Lovely stay at the seaside

Fiorenza's property is perfectly located in a pretty seaside resort. On arrival, the place was spotlessly clean, and the extended family was there to help communicate in English for check-in! We enjoyed cycling to the beach on the bicycles provided, and having breakfast in the cafe across the road. Hopefully we will return one day.

Net appartement met zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Alles netjes verzorgd en bedlinnen/handdoek en afwas pakket zeker aan te raden. Voor 4 personen voldoende handdoeken voor een week.

Eine schöne Wohnung in der richtigen Größe und Ausstattung für uns. Gut ist auch, dass ein schattiger Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist, je nach Auto wird es an der Einfahrt aber etwas eng. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß in gut 10 Minuten erledigt.

Compleet ingericht huis, alles aanwezig

Mooi ingericht en comfortabel huis,goede bedden,wel voor ons super harde hoofdkussens die weinig comfort boden . Maar alles wat je in de keuken nodig hebt was aanwezig. Parkeren op eigen terrein en een zitje buiten was ook goed. Het enige en aller grootste minpunt is de ligging van het huis langs de doorgaande weg. Hier wordt zo hard gereden en zeker in de weekenden lijkt het wel of je langs een racebaan verblijft. Maar voor de rest is alles top,ook de huur van het linnengoed en handdoeken is super en volop genoeg aanwezig. De eigenaar zijn super lief en gastvrij en behulpzaam en alle informatie is dan ook aanwezig. Maar die weg......het enige minpunt.

Appartamento rsitrutturato a nuovo e dotato di tutti i confort

L'appartamento è comodo sia per la spiaggia di Marina di Castagneto (raggiungibile mediante la pista ciclabile a pochi metri, oppure con il trenino comunale che passa davanti a casa) sia per muoversi sulla Costa Etrusca (lo svincolo Aurelia è a meno di 1km). L'appartamento è stato completamente rinnovato, come si vede nell'annuncio, con piccolo spazio esterno privato dotato di BBQ e posto auto riservato. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, in generale la vacanza è stata piacevole Grazie

La migliore casa al mare che abbia mai preso in affitto. In tanti anni non ho mai visto una casa così perfettamente pulita, curata e arredata. Nuova. C’è di tutto e di più. Le biciclette sono perfette e funzionanti. Abbiamo solo gonfiato le ruote. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti. Lenzuola e asciugamani pulitissimi e di qualità. Comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia perché c’è la ciclabile. Perfetta per visitare il cavallino matto perché è praticamente di fronte. Grazie mille per questa vacanza deliziosa in questa casa pulitissima, nuova e funzionale.

Sehr gute Ferien Apartment

Ein sehr saubere Wohnung für fünf Personen. Ausgestattet mit alles was man in Urlaub braucht. Über die Straße fängt ein riesige Park mit Pinien Bäumen an. Am Strand (1,3 km) kommt man zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder Bus.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Wohnung vor gefunden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und Immer hilfsbereit. Alles war so, wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit noch einmal mieten. Perfekt wenn man kein Massentourismus möchte. Schöne Ausgansbasis um die toskanischen „Hauptstädte“ wie (Florenz, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra usw.) zu erkunden

Sommerurlaub in der Toscana

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in der Toscana verbracht. Der Urlaub war super, die Wohnung war toll und das Meer noch schön warm. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön, sauber und modern. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat einen hohen Standard, jedoch fehlt leider das deutsche Fernsehen. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.
