Ria Beach House is a bright, comfortable one‑bedroom flat set directly on Faro Beach, ideal for couples or small families who want relaxation, sand and a truly special location just 5–10 minutes from the airport.



Step inside to a cosy double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, perfect for 1 adult or 2 children, giving flexibility for different types of stays. The flat is quite spacious, and all areas are designed for comfort, making it easy to unwind after a day by the sea.



The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine and the essentials you need to prepare simple meals and travel lighter. Fast Wi‑Fi and a Smart TV help you stay connected or enjoy a quiet evening in, whether you’re here for a short break or a longer stay.



One of the favourite features is the glazed balcony, which lets you enjoy the open sea view and sunsets all year round, even on breezier days. Great location on the beach, bars, restaurants & cafe's nearby, buses & ferries every 30mins to town

Fantastic views and access to the beach, the apartment had all the facilities we needed, including a welcome pack, ideal apartment for 2, can accommodate extra people on the sofa bed. Awkward with suitcases up 3 flights of stairs, could do with some hooks for towels and shelf for shampoo by the shower, for some reason the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet bowel?

L’emplacement et la vue sur la mer, magnifique à deux pas des plages et de toutes sortes de restaurants où l’on mange très bien. L’appartement est spacieux et est très bien équipé. Comme beaucoup d’autres, commentaires, l’odeur des égouts dans la salle de bain. le matelas a bien vécu, il serait temps de le changer. Le manque d’une climatisation dans la chambre à coucher. Il y a une hélice mais à grande chaleur, ça ne suffit pas. Beaucoup d’escaliers à faire pour arriver à l’appartement avec les valises, perso, ça ne nous a pas dérangé, mais pour les personnes plus âgées ou à mobilité réduite c’est une chose à savoir.

L&#39emplacement était vraiment au top. L&#39appartement est calme et nous avons apprécié la terrasse fermée il y a eut beaucoup de vent. Le lit très confortable ainsi que le canapé et cette vue sur l&#39océan magnifique. Nous avons apprécié la petite attention à notre arrivée, petit cadeau de bienvenu. La lunette des toilettes pas adaptée, une odeur due sûrement à des remontées de canalisation . Il manquait une petite table dans le salon

emplacement idéal sur une ile de Faro en première ligne avec une vue magnifique. L&#39immeuble n&#39est pas très joli et il y a une petite odeur d&#39humidité dans la chambre. La lunette des toilettes n'était pas adaptée à la cuvette.

Everything is very central beach restaurants and bus stop to town . Breathtaking views from apartment . Few flights off stairs to climb but worth it .
