Two Bedroom Top floor apartment offered fully furnished with all white goods and in immaculate condition. The apartment located in Esentepe on Sea Magic development and on the seaside with access to the private beach. Just a 5 minute walk to nearest supermarket and pharmacy, 500 meters from the new Golf Course with Tennis Club.
On the development, there are several large communal pools, manicured gardens, a private beach, fitness centre, sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, SPA , children's playground, BBQ area, tennis court, basketball court, restaurant café & bar, and car rental services. Towel except pool towels provided -guests should bring their own. There are two ac units, one in each bedroom.
