The house has two spacious bedrooms and a loft and the lovely central room with kitchen in open connection with dining table and living room ensures togetherness and that everyone is there when the fun spreads. The two terraces, one on each side of the house, are easily integrated with the rest of the house and are just an extension of it. If there are several of you traveling together, the house can easily be combined with DanCenter house no. 52706, which is located quite close to this. The house provides free access to the holiday village's sports facilities such as a swimming pool and indoor paddle tennis. The holiday village also has a seasonal restaurant and easy shopping for, for example, breakfast bread. Ebeltoft's best sandy beaches can be found only approx. 700 m from the house. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
