Amazing views! The house is old school whimsical and comfortable. The quirky art, record player with a wonderful array of vinyl to choose from, coffee machines, a boat shed with all the toys. We were 3 adults and 3 children and was a perfect set up for us. A relaxed and kind community, we loved it. The hosts were great communicators.

Hosts dedicate huge attention to detail for everything i.e., cleanliness, facilities, garden, dog needs. They are also super friendly & helpful. Highly recommend.

I had to make a trip to Terrigal at short notice for 5 nights and take my Bernese Mountain Dog. Gail promptly replied to my query and said my dog was welcome. The studio is perfectly appointed and as impressive as the photos show. It is completely separate from the main house, very quiet and the yard secured by gates. A great location within walking distance to Terrigal Esplanade. Gail was super friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again in the future.

The property was superb. Spacious, classy, well appointed. The hosts have not missed a beat. Everything you could want was provided, & was superior quality, even down to the shampoo & conditioner! The kitchen far surpassed any expectations with stylish crockery & cutlery & all the gadgets associated with a luxury getaway! Complimentary wifi with access to Netflix, Stan, You Tube, etc etc. The location was ideal. Close to shops, beaches, restaurants etc literally, yet metaphorically it felt fabulously remote & idyllic. Thanks Heidi for your gracious hospitality. This was a perfect staycation, less than 2 hours away from Sydney but certainly far away from it all. An ideal location to explore the surrounds including trendy Pearl Beach, however I was more than happy to stay put as you really do feel you're the only one around as the house has neighbours only on the one side. The quiet beauty of the environment was truly inspiring, watching the landscape change throughout the day. So make sure you give yourself a few extra days, when you settle in you're likely to want to stay longer and finally read that Great Australian Novel, or maybe even longer still to 'Write' one !

A very simple process to rent this river house. We were greeted by the owners on arrival, and instantly felt at home here. Our aim was to do some fishing, and we were delighted to catch many decent sized flathead, and several bream, regardless of the recent floods. Beds were comfy, showers were lovely, and the kitchen well appointed.. We would happily recommend this property
