Absolutely gorgeous!

Thank you for a lovely stay at your beautiful home. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere as it was so peaceful, but only around 10 minutes to the bakery/supermarket etc. The hosts were easily reachable but maintained a distance from us for our privacy. We could have stayed for a month!

We are an English family who moved to the Tarn in 2004 from south-west London for a gentler way of life.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the rolling hills, the abundance of local produce and the weather. We are in the country but close to amenities and within easy access of larger towns and transport routes. We go skiing in the Pyrenees, bathe in the Med or the Atlantic. It's easy to get about here on the uncongested roads - Toulouse 30minutes and Albi 25 minutes for example. The local markets and fêtes are still a joy even after all this time.

What makes this property unique

The property is in the area known as Little Tuscany and we have far reaching views of gentle hills covered in vines and sunflowers - we are on the wine route. When atmospheric conditions are right you can see the snowfields of the Pyrenees. It's a great starting point to explore the area whether on foot, bicycle or car.
