Our holiday home "Kleine Scholle" in Neuharlingersiel offers space for relaxation and well-being. The Joris house has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom with shower, living room with stove, dining room, garden 661 square meters for sole use, private parking spaces, south-facing terrace with garden furniture and much more.
4 bicycles are available to our guests free of charge.
Hello and welcome to the "Kleine Scholle".

In our houses you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed and without other residents.
Small but nice! Each house is 70 square metres and has everything you need for 1-5 people plus a small child to enjoy the peace and quiet of the North Sea coast.

The houses each have a spacious living/dining room and separate kitchen. A wood-burning stove and a comfortable sofa corner provide additional cosiness.
On the upper floor there are 2 brightly furnished bedrooms.

The houses are situated on a well-kept plot of 661m² each with a terrace to the back and front garden, both terraces are directly accessible from the building through a respective terrace door.

The rear part of the garden can be used as a spacious playground.

The front south-facing garden with a distant view invites you to sunbathe on its terrace, for which the corresponding garden furniture and a beach chair are available. The terraces also have an electric awning that can be extended if necessary.
Whether walking, cycling, mudflat hiking, swimming or learning to surf and kiteboard directly at the surf school - all possibilities are nearby.

Das Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt ein über einen Kamin. Uns fehlte es an nichts.

Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt, auch wenn die Treppe zuerst gewöhnungsbedürftig war.

Uns hat Ihr Haus, die Einrichtung, der Garten, die Terrasse, die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren nah genug am Zentrum und Strand von Neuharlingersiel und doch weit genug vom Trubel. Mit den Fahrrädern waren wir in der Umgebung von Neuharlingersiel und im Haustierpark und Brauhaus von Werdum. Mit dem Auto haben wir die einzelnen Siele bis einschließlich Norddeich und die umliegenden Städte erkundet. Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!!!! Machen Sie so weiter!!!

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.!!! Neuharlingersiel, Edeka, Werdum mit Haustierpark und Brauhaus u.v.m. waren sowohl mit dem Auto, als auch mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Die kleine Scholle ist weit genug vom Trubel und doch nah genug vom Neuharlingersiel-Strand und Zentrum entfernt. Die Wohnung Joris war mit allem notwendigen über komplett ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und sehr erfreulich!!!

Sehr schönes, ruhiges und charmantes Haus.

Die Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße, sodass es sehr ruhig ist. In wenigen Auto Minuten erreicht man Neuharlingersiel, wo viele Aktivitäten für Kinder und Erwachsenen geboten werden. Bei schönem Wetter kann man wunderbar draußen sitzen und der Abend oder das Frühstück genießen. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber mit den Basics ausgestattet. Wir möchten bestimmt wieder in die Kleine Scholle ein anderes Mal Zeit verbringen.

Meine Tochter und ich haben eine tolle Woche in der "Kleinen Scholle" (Appertment Joris) verbracht. Das Häusschen ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ich würde es allerdings nicht für 5 Erwachsene empfehlen, da die Sitzecke (2 Sessel + 2-Sitzer Sofa) für 4 Personen ausgestattet ist und es nur ein Bad mit einem WC (UG) gibt.

Wir kommen gern wieder

Wir waren für einige Tage hier zum Kitesurfen und hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden, funktionell und sauber. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Geräumiges und kinderfreundliches Haus an der Nordsee mit Garten

Gut ausgestattetes, gemütliches und freundlich eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Platz auch für kleine Kinder. Super ausgestattet mit Spielzeug, Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl und sogar abgesicherten Steckdosen. Auch im Garten viel Platz zum Spielen, Sandkasten, Schaukel, Fahrradanhänger und Bobby Car - unsere Tochter hat es sehr genossen :) Wir haben uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
