The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a toilet and a terrace with outdoor seating and dining areas. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom with shower. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a balcony, and direct access to a rooftop solarium terrace. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The house has a direct private entrance from the street.

Die Ferienunterkunft ist für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet und generell gut ausgestattet. Was ergänzt werden könnte sind eher Kleinigkeiten wie zum Beispiel eine Tischdecke oder Sets, gute Messer und ein Kaffeevollautomat. Die Dachterrasse sollte saniert werden, sie ist doch eher unordentlich.
