The house is located in the best tourist area of the island, where you can find everything you want for your vacation: beach, sports, shopping centers, large avenues and parks for walks, discos, and much more. The villa with private pool and large terrace, gives you the possibility to disconnect lying in the hammocks and sunbathing, make a barbecue, have drinks at sunset, or just read a good book. The house has 5 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning), main living room with air conditioning and TV + DVD, full kitchen and utility room, 3 bathrooms and outdoor toilet next to the pool, large entrance hall. It also has another outdoor terrace at the entrance of the chalet, barbecue, terrace chairs and artificial grass. Being an independent villa you can not be disturbed by anyone, and enjoy your free time as you want.
The house is in an exclusive residential area near a highway detour.
WE KEEP THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION.
The house is available to FAMILIES with children (we have a cot and high chair for babies) and for groups of people over 35 years.

Great villa for a large group

Lovely villa with a nice sun trap swimming pool area. Really nice and clean and Yazmina was brilliant and so helpful. Definitely recommend eating at the nearby chino tunte, amazing value!

Beautiful villa

Great outdoor space and swimming pool , very spacious, ideal for large groups , there is main roads that you overlook ,however this was not an issue for us , cleaner visited daily to check pool and villa , location in a residential area , taxis are 6 to 8 euros to go in to playa del ingles the app pide taxis is recommended, there is a spar 10 min walk away , kitchen has everything you need and more , and the host Yazmina was very helpful and friendly

Beautiful Villa and excellent location

This Villa is very well equipt and very very clean the pool area is a sun trap the kitchen is spacious with all the gadgets. The bathrooms are nice and big so are the bedrooms. the area feels very safe and the villa is well situated, we hired a car but on our next visit we would not bother as taxi rides are very cheap the average €3.70. Yazmina could not have been any nicer and made our stay trouble free. We will defiantly be returning to this lovely Villa. Thank you for making our holiday so relaxing and fantastic.

A fantastic family, very nice, lovely. The first day the wifi and the remote control of the TV ran, it was solved the next day, I was greeted with a smile. A perfect family. Thank you very much for your understanding. When you want you have the doors of my house open.

Die Lage und Ausstattung super, Sauberkeit 1+. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Die Außenanlage mit Grill sowie der Pool spitze.. Bei uns waren die Leuchten in der Außenanlage beim Pool defekt, diese wurde noch am selben Tag repariert. Der Pool wird regelmäßig bzgl. Wasserqualität überprüft. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd, großen Kühlschrank sowie einen großen Gefrierschrank. Im Raum bei der Waschmaschine gibt es nochmals einen extra Kühlschrank für die Getränke. Alles im allen ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus und eine super nette Vermieterin. Jederzeit wieder, es hat unser Erwartung übertroffen

Tolles Haus mit schwachem Internet.

Das Haus ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Jahreszeit bedingt war der Pool für mich etwas kalt, aber die Kinder hat es nicht gestört. Viel schlimmer war die Tatsache nicht bis in die Schlafzimmer reichte und deshalb ständig der Router in die jeweils andere Etage getragen werden musste. Die Strassenbaustelle sollte sicher auch in den nächsten Wochen erledigt sein, sodass dies nicht in die Bewertung einfließen sollte.

Wonderful house

We had the most wonderful stay in this house. We loved the neighborhood and the owner is a very pleasant person who assists you in any way you need. I will surely come back to this house. The real house is actually much better than what I imagined from the photos.

Lovey Villa, clean and plenty of space with a great pool.

My friends and I had a fantastic holiday in Gran Canaria staying at this villa. It is big with plenty bedrooms and bathrooms a well equipped kitchen and massive lounge. The pool area is lovely and very private and there's a very convenient outside loo. The traffic noise can be annoying though. The villa was in a nice road, although the main road on the other side of the villa made walking a bit longer than we though. Taxi's are cheap so it wasn't a big deal. Communication with Yazmina was great and she made us feel very welcome on arrival. It can make a big difference when you get timely answers to questions from such a friendly host. There is a big Spar less than 10 mins walk away (even less if you brave the very steep hill) with everything you need.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very clean, spacious, excellent facilities and with a great outside pool, nice and warm. The hostess of the villa was very welcoming and then left you to your holiday. As an extra bonus we found the local town of Maspalomas very nice.

Wir (5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) haben sechs Tage in den Osterferien in diesem Haus verbracht und können dieses ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen. Das Haus ist super schön, sauber und gut gepflegt. Selbst im März war das Baden im Pool möglich. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts nichts vermisst. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und Yazmina, die Vermieterin, war sehr sympathisch. Sie ist immer sehr hilfsbereit und per Mail oder Handy auch jederzeit erreichbar. Man kann direkt vor der Tür parken und die zentrale Lage ermöglicht tatsächlich eine Vielfalt von Ausflügen, so das wir wirklich einen Urlaub mit Strand und Bergen genießen konnten!!

The house is just beautiful, it is very well equipped, very clean, rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the pool is great, the kids loved, in addition we have always found the parking place in front home, we were 8 and everyone was delighted. you can go there with eyes closed. Bellissima casa e ottima posizione

La casa è veramente bella, spaziosa, luminosa, con cucina ben attrezzata, salone grande e letti comodi ma, soprattutto, pulita. C'è una piscina di medie dimensioni che ha offerto momenti di relax e divertimento al nostro gruppo di amici! Vicino alla casa troverete tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno (supermercato, bancomat, bar, benzinaio se avete noleggiato una macchina ecc...) ed è posizionata non lontano da molte belle spiagge! Ah dimenticavo, la proprietaria è cortese e disponibile :) Have fun!

Magnifica propiedad

Magnifico chalet, situado en una tranquila zona de Maspalomas, a tan solo 5 minutos en coche de las Dunas y Playa del Inglés. Espacioso, confortable y muy bien mantenido, con una cocina perfectamente equipada. Fantástica terraza con piscina y barbacoa, que nos han permitido disfrutar de unos inolvidables días de descanso, completamente relajados y en la más absoluta tranquilidad. ¡Volveremos en más ocasiones¡

Precioso chalet para disfrutar en familia

Magnífica propiedad, muy bien ubicada, a tan solo 5 minutos en coche de las Dubas de Maspalomas y Playa del Inglés. Espaciosa y muy bien conservada, dotada de amplios dormitorios y baños. Un espacioso salón precede a una magnífica terraza, equipada con piscina privada y barbacoas. Hemos pasado una estancia en familia inolvidable, en la más absoluta tranquilidad y privacidad, completamente relajados. Sin duda, volveremos a repetirlo.
